I ordered on the App and paid for extra cheese on my cheese tater tots and fries. When I opened my ordered there was barely any cheese on it. Like less then regular amount. I’m so disappointed. I paid for extra and received barely any cheese.

I ordered French toast sticks and they were at the end of the bag so they were smaller before I even got them the manager came out and apologized for it and gave me a free drink token! As a manager in food myself this is amazing service!

I ordered a ocean water and they literally mixed it with water, instead of sprite (how the recipe is supposed to go). I've been drinking Ocean water for years. I was sadden by this.

Pretty decent food with a super convenient location. All of of our food was correct, the only thing they forgot was the marinara sauce and ranch that comes with the mozzarella sticks. However, the food runner who brought us our food was apologetic for the wait and explained to us that her manager had just minutes before walked out on them. So they are stuck having to figure everything out on their own. She was super nice, and we decided that we didn't need the sauce that bad. The chicken poppers were okay, pretty standard and kind of dry. Almost like they had been sitting there for a hot minute. The classic cheeseburger was pretty good, nice flavor and plenty of toppings. Overall we were satisfied with this dinner experience, but maybe someone needs to learn how to treat their employees better!!

I will not be returning to this location, I ordered online and accidentally ordered cheese fries, when I told the lady she fixed it and gave me a regular fry which was almost $1 cheaper. My fault I understand so I didn't ask for a refund, it's only $1.Also got a small cherry limeade (expecting a cherry) I can't find the cherry and ask for one. They said the "manager" said I have to pay for a cherry for my cherry limeade. Thinking he didn't understand I had a cherry limeade I asked to speak to him to explain. He came out on his high horse telling me that he didn't have to fix my order because I messed up and that I'm trying to nickel and dime them? Umm excuse me Sir your keeping .89 cents of mine and im asking for a .10 cent cherry that SHOULD have come in my drink. He goes on to say well we don't put cherries in kids drinks! Sir it's a small not a mini/kids. After I told him your keeping almost .90 cents of mine and can't give me a .10 cent cherry, he responded "because of your screw up, not ours, you can't pay .10 cents for a cherry?" Lol I am flabbergasted the audacity to accuse me on nickel and diming them! SMH and when I ask for a corporate number or to speak with someone else he gives me a card and says "I'm the owner of this one and a few more you can call and email those, it's just going to come right back to me!" (With a grin) what happened to customer service these days. I'm glad I live in Hewitt customer service out there is 68% of the time on point. God bless y'all and that Sonic!
