I am from Bryan/College Station. I Had to Drive to Waco for Personal Reasons Regarding A Emergency and And Had my 5 children with me. On Google Bellmead Subway was the only Food Place Available at That late of a time. It Was very Thick Fogg,Very Hard to see. I Tried to Turn into the parking lot, then ended up Hitting a Curb or something Hard. Both My Front Tires Popped. Then after im able to move and park in a large back parking lot my Car Wouldn't Start anymore. There was Only 1 Employee in the store. I Believe her Name was Bree. While Ordering She could tell I was Distressed. She Offered to Come Look, Contact Anyone for me. After She Said she Could Fix It.
The Employee Went Back and Forth Working in the Store, Then coming outside to work on my car. She Fixed Aired up Both Front Tires. Worked underneath the Hood in the Cold and Dark and Got me and My Children back on the road. She Worked on my car for over 3 hours. While Still Running the Inside of the Store. The Next time I come to visit Waco I would like to Get more Subway and Also leave a Tip for The Employee Bree. Afterwards I could tell she was very Exhausted. Im Very Thankful and Appreciative For her Kindness

I went in and kudos to the morning employees, they were extremely busy, and the restaurant was spotless, the sandwiches were made with speed and accuracy. Best customer service I've seen in a while.

Me, my wife, and her grandmother stopped in for lunch here. Kimberly (GM) was phenomenal and even gave recommendations on what to add to our sandwiches for the best taste. The food tasted great and the store was very clean. Thank you for a great experience.

There Was A Girl covered in Tattoos on the OverNight Shift
She had A Rough appearance but it was the Best customer service ive had in years. The Sandwich was perfect. The store was clean. She was a very Kind Soul Definitely Recommend The Late Night Shift Employee

If I could leave -0 Stars I would apparently you cannot get any extra black olives or similar toppings because of the owner's policy I can't believe that I can't even get charged for what I want on my sandwich then when I tried to pay for it they wouldn't allow me to and all of their other toppings were rotting just like the teeth in the lady face that was doing my order the fact I cannot pay for what I want on my sandwich is completely asinine and completely unprofessional never go to this place
A guy took my order and he was on the phone talking to a lady on speaker and he don’t do my order right I put my food in the trash to be honest I recommend to go to other subway

At 3:39 today, I placed an online order for pickup at 5:10. At 4:30 I realized my sandwich had extra items (onions, cucumbers, and spinach) which I didn’t want so I called. So even though the receipt said my order was “being prepared” the extremely rude lady on the phone said they didn’t have my order. I asked if she could just write down the items I didn’t want on my sandwich. She just kept replying that they didn’t have my order and couldn’t help me. Needless to say, I was pretty upset and when I got to the store, I let them know that I would be writing this review. So I got my order and headed home. Now the real surprise…there was nothing but meat and cheese on either sandwich. So I called the store again. They said everything was on the side in a “cookie bag”. So I go back and look. My bad had the the very 3 things I asked her to remove earlier but she “couldn’t”, but it didn’t have my lettuce, tomato, etc. It seems obvious retaliation on her part. Besides, if I wanted to make my own sandwich, I wouldn’t have ordered from Subway. Lesson learned…no more Bellmead Subway.

Ordered a six inch sandwich meal deal through the app tonight. The workers told us the chips I ordered were in the bag. We got home, no chips in the bag. The sandwich also wasn’t toasted which is what I ordered and the sandwich was supposed to be on Italian bread and they gave it to me on regular bread. Super frustrating

If I could 0 stars for the experience I would ... Why install self service kiosk, then when the food is ready not call it out for the person to come get their food. Employee finished the order and then instead of calling name out to say the order was ready, she placed it on the counter and just moved on. I had to go up and check on my order for her to give it to me. Do better subway owners. Hire competent people that have common sense.

10/01/2025 Stopped by my local Subway and let me tell you that was my last time. Service was horrible, asked for extra olives and was told that I could not get any extras due to causing the company money. Personnel was at each others throats and the manager had a horrible attitude towards the employees and customers. I will be absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.
