Went and got me a sandwich last night and the young lady that works overnight was extremely sick sneezing coughing she looked miserable I feel bad for her I don’t think she should’ve have been at work u can tell she didn’t feel good at all do better subway

Visited the store during lunch at approximately 12:30. No customers were in line, with the exception of the 2 customers who walked in before me, who were also placing their orders at the kiosk. After waiting for 15 minutes, and watching at least 6 customers come in and place their orders in person (not at kiosk) and having their orders fulfilled before mine, I asked about my sandwich. I was told it was still being made, which it was not. They then begin to make my order after I asked. I politely asked the cashier for a refund, as it had been over 15 minutes and I had to go back to work. The cashier went to discuss this with her manager and I overhead the manager telling the cashier (who I spoke with) that “the sandwich was made and I don’t know what to tell them” referring to the me. I politely waited until the cashier came back with my sandwich and again stated I wanted a refund for having to wait so long, it had been 20 minutes at this point. From across the store the manager shouted at me ”the sandwich is made, I’m not giving you a refund”. I quietly left the store without my sandwich and will be disputing the charge with my credit card vendor. Kudos to the cashier for being courteous and polite the entire time. Cannot say as much for the manager on duty.

I love Subway, but today it wasn't it. Service sucked, timming wasn't great either. If they are going to make me pay extra for veggies they need to give me what I want. I paid $2 more for 3 extra olives and pickles, why because the manager said they have to go off of the policy. But there is nothing on the menu stating that you will be charged for extra veggies. Not only that I waited in line for 20+ minutes. There was only 3 people in front of me when I walked in.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left me genuinely upset. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a food setting. One worker, in particular, was extremely rude. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this experience, which honestly makes me feel a little less alone. Still, I left Subway and cried in my car. You never know what someone is going through. Please treat people with kindness.

Sandwich was made incorrectly and I pointed it out immediately. No manager on duty and employees were EXTREMELY rude. One said it’s your sandwich, you’ve paid for it. They would not try to remove the unwanted item or correct the mistake.

They have a bunch of young kids working there that don’t act professional at all. They joke and giggle all the time with each other and cancel online orders because they are too lazy to make the sandwiches.

I usually try not to be a complainers but having an attitude when I ask you if you double toasted my sandwich is crazy. Along with when I ask you to toast it again you look me in my face and say “ I mean you can feel it it’s toasted so what’s the problem” all I put in the instructions section is “please double toast it with condiments on the bread before meat and cheese” I would have understood if they were swamped with orders but there wasn’t but 3 people in the store and 2 orders on the screen. I understand younger workers working but I didn’t ask them to remake the sandwich. So why the attitude? I asked if they’d toast it again and then when I bring up I put it the instructions to double toast it the response I got was “ we don’t go by that” this isn’t my first time with this issue last time I had a worker tell me “we don’t do instructions but your note looked like someone we’d get slack for not doing” i didn’t say anything then but getting attitude when all i asked was for it to be toasted again is dumbfounding.

Placed a mobile order and was charged for it and I have the confirmation saying I ordered it in app but I said I automatically picked up . Wouldn’t make my order or refund me .

Service is horrendous. Food isn’t worth the money. Facility is filthy. Go to HEB for a sandwich.
