For the very first time trying burger den, we ordered with Uber and got my food thinking this is going to be nice. My son and I had a good burger . My wife who ordered vibe with shrooms opened the box to fine two buns with meat and that's it. Now I have to deal with an upset wife. Thanks

Me and my family came in today the food was horrible, my eggs were raw from my omelette I sent it back still came back raw, my daughters pancake wasn’t cooked all the way, my son and my husband eggs looked weird .. waited 2 hours just our food to come out like that. My server Denise was amazing, she knows I come all the time and always sit with her, I never had problems with my food before. When she said I can talk to the manager he was very rude saying we eat the food and clearly it was still on the table didn’t touch it . When I told him I only want to pay for what my son eat and our drinks he said he could only give me 20% off like how you want me to pay for stuff that I didn’t touch I never complain I work in a restaurant so I know how it is.. then he told me not to come back and was very rude . And what gets me the most is , you see your kitchen struggling and didn’t help and had Denise serving, sitting people and checking them out, dealing with other complaints on the food taking so long that was his job not hers
