Terrible customer service every time I eat here. If they weren't one of the closer stores, I would never eat here again. The food is poor even for Wendy's, and the staff are rude.

I can through the drive thru around 12 it was packed we were last in line then this white girl in a ponytail a worker and proceeds to tell us thru the window to leave n doing shooing with her hands with a ugly face and is staring directly at me like she mad she got a do her job and then at the window tells me she can't do two separate orders like we're not right there and I ask do I gotta pull around and she doesn't respond n whole time I'm ordering act like she can hear me the whole interaction was horrible and then we get to the window it's another worker and her but she goes back to make our food and then she proceeds to give us our meal I order a 10-piece and she proceeds to give me an eight piece and I also ordered Fuego fries she proceeds to not even give me half the bag you're supposed to fill it to the line she didn't even do that she didn't even give me 1/3 of fries I probably got like 20 fries I got pictures and I'm going to put them down below if I can it was a sad excuse like I'm sorry you chose to work there and are mad because you're backed up I worked in fast food I know how it is that still doesn't give her an excuse

The cashier named Nicole is extremely rude and needs to get her attitude in check. She rolled her eyes multiple times and doesn't listen which caused the order to be wrong.
Fries were old and cold! Burgers are always pretty good but my baconator had no cheese on it. Ordered 2 frostys, same size, same flavor, but somehow they were different prices. This is why I stopped going to Wendy's.

This is the second time I have chosen Wendy's, and the fries were cold. Stellar and efficient service.
Missed half of my order, from ordering from them and then u call there phone and they don’t wanna pick up

Everything time I've ordered from this Wendy's in particular they always give my son spicy nuggets with his kids meal. Never fails. Go there and order a meal with spicy nuggets they were literally dropped spicy nuggets and give everybody in your party spicy nuggets whether they ask for them or not. So disappointing.

Old and cold potatoes
I ordered a salad, sandwich, fries, and a frosty. The woman behind the till needed my order repeated to her three times, and still she forgot my frosty, didn't add all the ingredients to my salad, and forgot the tortilla chips to my salad. Had to go back to the counter three times to get my proper order. She also put my dine in order in a takeout bag and in takeout containers.
This Wendy's is the WORST my wife and I came in 01/29/25 6pm. The cashier which I guess the receipt said is Duvina. Short girl with glasses and short black hair. When we ordered our food she was extremely rude when we ordered and said NO that DOESN'T come with tomatoes. You have to add it. It wasn't what she said it was how she said it. When we asked to swap a drink for a frosty she very rudely responded that they can't do that. This was not our first time ordering what we ordered this evening so we knew it could be done. When we left my wife asked the manager to handle the employees attitude and again the cashier interrupted rudely to try and defend her sour demeanor. My wife quickly snapped at her that she was not speaking to her and was speaking only to her boss. In addition to our experience with crap service our fries were cold as were our burgers. It is disappointing that in an era of social media people are still so rude. I guess next time we'll just go to Chik Fil A where customer service is the base standard. And everything is at their pleasure.
So today is my birthday (01-13 I can show my id) and none of my fast food apps were working except for Wendy’s and so the reward said, “small frosty with purchase” they scanned my barcode thingy about 5 times and it never went through. The manager said it was THEIR internet and “there’s nothing we can do” verbatim. I’m beyond frustrated by the day and it’s the first birthday since my mom died so I’m already emotional as is and that set me over the edge. I started crying in the drive through. It’s ridiculous that when the manager saw my tears she rolled her eyes and was rude to her employee. I only purchased food because I wanted to get my reward and because I had already held up the line as is. The least she could’ve done was give me a discount or something. Do better.
