They're open for dinner service now! This place is worth the drive, come by if you're within 500 miles. The mushroom and swiss burger is incredible!
Great lil place! Greeted as we walked in the door. Food was great and very reasonably priced. There is outdoor seating with fans. Will be going back!
Excellent food and service! I had the southwest chicken, it was great!
Stopped here while traveling through on a whim. So glad I did. Fantastic breakfast sandwich. Look forward to coming back.
Very good food and service
Great burgers and super nice workers
Love this place great hometown breakfast. ❤️
My wife and I ate here for the first time today and I’ll just say it was the best burger in Texoma. Hands down. I ordered the Sam Houston and could have eaten TWO Sam Houstons it was so good. Great portions, DELICIOUS bread for the buns, and the meat actually tasted amazing! Go check out this place. Definitely worth it.
What a little hidden Gem in 🔔 Bells....so glad for an outing to Bonham then to Bells. If you're in the area of Hwy 56 & N. Pecan, it's a must stop for breakfast or brunch, lunch. They have these outrageous looking cinnamon rolls & they make the best jalapeno biscuits, which are so yummy, and if you like crunchy bacon, it's the best. I'll be going back soon to try their lunch. I will be updating my review of some additional pictures. I did purchase one of their really cool coffee mugs! They even put identifying 1836 stickers on your to-go boxes and bags.
First time we stopped here. I had a Sam Houston burger and hand-cut fries. Burgers are 1/3 lbs., cooked to be moist but not runny; buns are light and fluffy. my choice came with BBQ sauce, bacon, cheddar cheese, grilled onions and pickles. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The sauce was applied to where there was enough to enjoy the flavor, but there was nothing squirting out the sides! Fantastic! Fries were well seasoned and delicious. My husband was equally satisfied with his meal. We brought home chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, and individual size coconut pies. Everything was great! 10 stars, and we will definitely go back!

Found them thru a local fb group advertising their brown bag lunch special. I’ve eaten here a couple times. Food is phenomenal every time. And great prices.
This is a hidden gem in Bells, Tx. It's small but they also have some seating outside. It's owned by a chef and he cooks and his wife serves, greets, and runs register! They are a dynamic couple. Food is delicious, the hamburger buns are even homemade, as are the cinnamon rolls and cookies! The homemade potato chips are the best I've ever had!! If you are ever up around Bonham please check them out, you won't regret it was ?

We ate there last Sunday 11/03. The burgers were excellent. Highly recommend. We will be back! Very friendly staff!
Small quaint old town diner and Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Was craving a breakfast burrito. 1836 hit the spot. Owner is a pleasure! Food was delicious to say the least. Fresh, homemade and well put together! Happy to have found this little gem of a spot. Will surely make the 20 minute drive to have this food in my belly more often. You can tell they do well by the continuous flow of curbside to go orders being picked up! Alot of homemade treats also! Will have to give them a try. In my opinion, a MUST TRY BREAKFAST/ LUNCH establishment!
