The store was clean and well kept. No trash and windows are clean. There were no other customers present. My takeout order had all my food but no condiments of any kind. There was no ketchup, no Arby's sauce, and no horseradish sauce either. The gentleman in the drive-thru only asked about ketchup and I declined that.

I am an avid Arby's guy. Today however, I am pretty upset. I ordered to cups of cheddar (which you have to pay for) and neither one of them was full. I could have emptied them into each other and still would not have half of one if the cups filled.
