It is hard to rate when you pay and don't get anything. They wanted me to wait 20 minutes for a 2pc mix and didn't tell me about it. Management is aweful. The girl from drive thru is new and was trying but to inexperienced to know better. Thumbs down all around! I had to go inside and get my money back, which took over 5 minutes to do. Patrons beware!

Very racist establishment. The owner refused my service simply because I asked if there has specials like the other Busch's. Her dad then told me I had to leave because it's private property. As I'm leaving I see roaches ??♀️

So I'm coming down from Killeen Texas to visit family and Temple so we had a we stopped by to get a cup ice and I gave us cold mashed potatoes didn't even bother to put a utensil in there nor napkins and the biscuits were like cold and I asked if they were fresh she said yes but they were cod very unhappy

Thank yall for going going above and beyond to feed everyone tonight! After all the storms and power outages we drove from Temple to find a place still open to feed my family and even though it was 9:30 y’all were still open and made my family’s day!

I made an order 30 mins ago when I came in I saw 10 firefighters walk out because the line was so long and there was no chicken ready I had to walk out because when I got to the front of the line, I still had to wait for my order, and then the people behind me walked out too I gotta give them the donkey of the day

This place is amazing. Before they got their new owner, the chicken was dry and had zero sides available. Now, after they get their new owner, the chicken is juicy. They have every side at any time of day, and just overall the workers are held to a higher standard.
