It is a huge turn off for me to see any food establishments greedy for TIPS especially for a take out meal. The very first Bush's location I have been that asked for tip on a take out meal- very disappointing.

If I could give a zero I would. We waited half and hour to get our food, then the order was wrong, the manger/ owner. Then the owner kicked us out because we complained!

I ordered a big family meal. Asked for seasoning was told by the server that he would put a big handful in the bag. Got none had to go inside and they only gave me 6 pks. I had 4 people with me I asked for more and was told I would be charged for more. I also asked for plates and the 2 ladys 8nside stood there and stared at me like huh then when the other server went to get the plates the ladys asked him if I got my order. Like what would I need the plates for if not my food! Then I go to eat and half of the tenders were so like half tenders. Also the fries had no salt and were cold. Very rude. Plan making a complaint with the corporate office. I have never been treated nice or respectful at this location. No stars given!

So I went to bushes and ordered a 16 piece tender meal and when I got home with the order. I noticed that it was regular bone and chicken like breasts and thighs. And I contacted them immediately and spoke with a female manager. And she said she would write my name down. And I could get the order fixed any time.I wanted to just come in tell them my name and they would fix the order...... Went in a week later to get my meal and apparently they either lost my name or the lady never wrote it down. And they told me because I don't have the receipt which I've never got in the can't do anything forming. I will never be bringing my family to this establishment. Ever again.

Chicken thighs were cold and stiff. The server was pleasant and took great care of our order. He just needs to speak up and clearly to old people. Lol
Literally just needed tea for my pregnant wife. The worker was dead set on not working anymore because the first thing out of her mouth was we're closed. These workers here are lazy. I promise I will never tip at this location.
