I recently ordered some cupcakes and cookies for my daughter's birthday and they not only looked great, but tasted fantastic. Brenda is by far the best in town with great taste and the design is fantastic. I would highly recommend Elliott's Edibles to anyone looking for a great bakery.
I enjoyed some fresh baked sweets from Elliott's Edibles in Grothway square, currently open Wed-Sat. The menu offerings change weekly, so see her Facebook page for updates. The "Smookies" are a soft cookie (cross between cake and cookie) with frosting or ganache topping. I enjoyed the strawberry smookie with a cream cheese frosting. I purchased a custom cookie cake for my graduation party and it turned out PERFECT! The handwriting was legible and very pretty - exactly what I was looking for. The cookie cake and icing tasted so good and the ladies matched the icing color to exactly what I wanted. Not to mention the price for the cake was just a little higher than local grocery stores but the quality was 100x better! Will definitely be coming back in recommending them to all my friends!
