Be prepared for a bit of a wait on a hot day!So. Many. Options.You can pretty much customize your snow-cone to your hearts content! The flavors are great!I got to witness one the employees helping the customer in front of me. He was elderly and had about 20 different questions for the gal at the counter. She politely and patiently answered all of them even offering him samples and saying that he could send back the snow cone if it didn’t turn out right. Super kind!

The employees were great here today. They had a little issue (card reader wasn’t working), so I waited a bit to see if it was fixable. After about five minutes, they said it was still down and apologized and offered me whatever I wanted for free. I didn’t want to take advantage of their problem, so I just asked for two doggie delights for my puppies. They happily gave them to me for free. I appreciated their customer service and trying to make things better even when it wasn’t...
