I like the chain and this location. I tried their fried catfish today, and sadly they apparently use the same batter as for their tenders... wrong target flavor and waaay too salty, imho.

Very horrible. Management act like they are in a cult very controlling over the employees. Yells at customers and employees. They are very disrespectful to individual. The store reeks of marijuana and they constantly sitting outside smoking marijuana in there cars on the clock.

Went right at lunch time, ordered 2 meals. Chicken tenders and fried chicken both were old. Fries were old and cold. Place has gone downhill

Wanted some chicken fry mashed patatos and gravy. I got chicken so dry cold and tuff I could hardly chew it cold gravy no mashed potatoes cold fry only thing any good was the roll. $ 22.00 rip off never eat there again

No one has on hair nets, no gloves, even the person battering the chicken. Was told “I didn’t want to hurt anyone” when asked why didn’t I get spicy chicken tenders like I ordered. Gave 2 packets of zing seasoning instead of the right chicken tenders. Fries were thrown in a regular bag. No utensils and we were in the drive thru. Dinner roll wasn’t fresh. The only thing fresh was the gravy I had to go back for. The lady at the front was super nice though. We won’t return to this Benton location.
