Been coming here for years. First time I was ever booted out of line with nothing said. The young lady puts closed sign down in front of my basket....walks away. The gentleman asked cashier. "Are you going to take her?"She looks at me and says I'm closed. I didn't just walk up there. I had been in line. That's messed up. Rant over

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HEB! FB and/or HEB changed my dislike to a like and will not alow me to change it back! but, about a week ago i posted about the bananas some disrespectful employee picked, BUT TODAY LOOK AT THESE ROTTEN....SIMPLY ROTTEN ROTTEN avocado's ?!!! I paid for these!! these were in the bottom of my produce bag and smashing their ROTTEN guts onto my othr produce!!!!!! HOW DISRESPECTFUL! SO MUCH for using these with dinner!!!! ........last post about those wonderful bananas some disrespectful employee picked for me this morning..........on top of my crushed chips at that! DISRESPECTFUL!!! picking these bananas was SIMPLY DISRESPECTFUL!!! and now I'm done. no more belton heb stealing from me

I love the everything about this HEB, especially the fact that I can walk in and in 5 minutes walk out with my vehicle registration renewed and no long lines.... A game changer....
its only the beginning
After going online and it's says they make bday cakes I went assuming this was true. So I went to the store to inquire or to look at the cake book. I didn't even get to finish my sentence before the tall guy with bad acne and a beard pointed down to some small cake walked off and continued doing what he was doing before I approached him. I went to Walmart and got my cake done someone like that I don't want anywhere near my food.

H-E-B pharmacy has horrible service provided by Lauren who has no professionalism, empathy or knowledge of how to care for patients. My mother who is elder went to pick up her medication which took 2 hours to finally receive it. Lauren refused to show any type of empathy for my mothers condition making her stand in line 3 different times after she misquoted the price of medication. When my Spanish speaking mother questioned her about the price she only asked if she was going to want it or not. With no regarded to helping her. After my mom asked her to only charge her for 1 month instead of two she got rude and frustrated and told her it would take time and she needed to get back in line. She was disrespectful, rude and unemphatic.
