Breakfast Bowl
Choose between one, two or three eggs. Breakfast bowls come with our house made tortilla chips, rice, beans, and your choice of two breakfast items. Additional breakfast items are $0.50 each. Bowls are topped with lettuce, tomato, onions and cheese.
Breakfast Taco
Choose two breakfast items, comes with cheese and a side of salsa. Each additional item is $0.50.

Mains
Eagle Bowl
20 ounces bowl layered with chips, rice, beans, meat, lettuce, tomato, onions, and cheese.
Quesadilla Plate
Three quesadillas stuffed with melted cheese with your choice of filling. Served with rice, and beans. Comes with side of salsa and side of sour cream.
Taco Plate
Three tacos topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese. Served with rice and beans. Comes with side of salsa

Nachos
El Rey Nachos
Plate of tortilla chips topped with rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, onions, and queso.
Bean & Cheese Nachos
Plate of chips with beans and cheese. Choose protein to add if desired.

A La Carte
Taco (1 pc) or Quesadilla (1 pc)
Choose pork, chicken, ground beef, or grilled veggie.

Went to an event at IKEA in Round Rock and tried for the 1st time the Carnitas Quesadilla!!! It was so good that now I'm going to drive to Belton just have them and explore the menu. Thanks.

Came across the Hecho en Queso food truck in Salado TX and decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness soooo good, so fresh. Taco are old school homemade. Everytime we're in Salado we look for Hecho en Queso food truck.

This place has awesome food options. I’m a fan of their food truck and their brick and mortar is even better. So many healthy options as well as fun foods. Easy to eat vegan, keto, whole30, gluten free! I got the breakfast tacos with roasted veggies and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m so glad you’re in belton! We will be back (a lot!)
