Jersey Mike's Subs

These employees are COMPLETELY incapable of reading instructions on an online order. We have given them 3 chances in the last month and literally all of our sandwiches are completely wrong. It’s beginning to be like going to McDonald’s here. It’s a toss up what you actually get. I’ve been a mikes fan for years and since moving here and going to this location I’m about done with them!

Never again will I go to jersey mikes in Texas City, Reason?, as I was waiting for my food, I noticed that the girl making/ cooking the sandwiches was wiping the sweat or snot or both from her face and nose, then she was handing the the tomatoes, lettuce and bread, plus handling the materials to stir the meats she was cooking on the grill, DISCUSTING ! , THIS IS HOW PEOPLE GET FOOD POISONING OR GET SICK 🤮🤢😷😡🤬🤬🤬

This place has slowed down like crazy. When they first opened I could place an order online and it’d be ready in 10 min. Now it takes over 30 min. And I’ve been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes of the 30. I’m the only customer in here. Sucks.

I will no longer be eating at this Jersey Mike's or any other Jersey Mike's until you guys have plastic straws and all your stores. The biodegradable ones do not work and they fall apart and I don't care to deal with that

These people cannot read this is the 3rd time they have loaded my sandwich with onions...HELLO I'm allergic to onions!!!!! Do NOT buy here save your money you will order a sandwich and get a wilted salad. Stay far away from this location they are horrible people. It would be ok if it was one time I get it, but 3 TIMES! I will never buy from these people ever again, the order specifically said NO ONIONS!! GO BACK TO SCHOOL AMD LEARN TO READ! The owners need to hire smarter people!!

Dietary restrictions: Ask for no onions and they will double le to sandwich with onions!!! Stay away from these people.

While it does beat subway in terms of taste and service. It doesn’t warrant the high price… $11 for a sandwich makes ya regret ordering it in the first place.
