I’ve been coming to this Jersey Mikes since I moved here back in July. The staff is always friendly even during busy hours. Today, Jerrod, Xoey and Kobie all went above and beyond. I came in 5 mins to close and even though they were closing and cleaning up they still made my sandwich even when I told them it was totally okay if they said no. It was the only thing I wanted today and I’m so happy they said yes!

If a customer complaint comes in I would like to argue whatever she says. 12/7/25 3:20 pm I walked in to 7 people in line like a normal human being I waited patiently for my order to be taken. Lady walks in staring into the kitchen rbf already well intact. Orders for people in line were momentarily paused in order to make sure here gets out being a mobile order. Her food was completed within 5 minutes and upon bagging her food decided it would be a good idea to go full Karen and request a refund cuz her precious mobile order wasn’t done and her time is that valuable that 5 minutes was worth refunding food that’s ALREADY DONE. Had a #8 and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and respectful. Tommy, Zoey and Jerrod were amazing and had the store looking clean and inviting!

Always enjoy a meal at Jersey Mike's.

Do not come here! I placed an online order and usually my order is done right. All of the workers were hanging outside in the back. I waited trying to get their attention for over 5 minutes. When someone came they were leaving with purse in hand and told me they were out of gluten free bread that’s fine I got a bowl instead. Barely put any lettuce. Unfortunately it got worse because they put oil and vinegar on a sandwich when specifically said not to. They gave excuses and shifted the blame on me. I was not refunded the difference with the gf bread…It gets worse again because when I got to eat my sandwich they put oil and vinegar on it anyways. I will not be revisiting here

I shouldn't have to say it but the roast beef is a step above all other restaurants, here. #9 is my favorite w/Xtra roast beef, Mike's Way!
And the people who work here have always been pleasant, accommodating, and quick over the past 4 years.

Roaches in the back, very rude workers. Didn’t feel comfortable using my card with the fishy employees. Also saw them threatening to call the cops on non profit workers, all around terrible place

This is a great location and the sandwiches have always been great. Great service and friendly staff.

Jerrod and the team at this locations were truly amazing. We truly enjoyed our sandwiches. We ordered a 8 Giant and a 17 Giant. Service was quick even with it being a good crowd. Will definitely back when me and my family are out this way. Thanks for great customer service. It makes all the difference🫶🏾🌻🫶🏾

Jerrod gave 10/10 service, he made me and my family feel loved even though it was only 10 minutes. Team was quick even though it was very busy. Greatt job.
