Alex, Dakota, and Angel were fantastic. everyone at the night crew was super understanding when we walked in super late, and still made my fiances number 13, and offered me a free drink/chips instead of complaining. my hubby had a bad day, and all he wanted was this Sammich, so we are very thankful to you guys!!

Stopped by on a Wednesday night. Alex, Sandy and Angel took care of me. Sub was hot and fresh. Service was great. Julian the manager runs a great operation.

The short female at the register, and the girl with the piercings were both extremely rude to the taller, Hispanic boy I believe he might’ve been new there as an employee. They were criticizing him and laughing at everything. He did an extremely rude way that was very immature and then they proceeded to laugh at my wife when she pointed out that she wanted a a giant stub instead of a regular they are basically criticizing her I felt extremely disrespected and appalled by their behavior, mr. Jersey Mike, please do this for your staff as it is not the Jersey Mike’s way safe to say I will never be coming back here again

Honestly I’m beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with this jersey mikes, not only is every table a mess. The garbage being full and smelling awful. The staff is a joke, rude and arrogant. They have to be under the influence of marijuana…. Judging by the lack of being able to remember what you just told them two seconds before…. Honestly pretty upset

These employees are COMPLETELY incapable of reading instructions on an online order. We have given them 3 chances in the last month and literally all of our sandwiches are completely wrong. It’s beginning to be like going to McDonald’s here. It’s a toss up what you actually get. I’ve been a mikes fan for years and since moving here and going to this location I’m about done with them!
