Tried jimmy John's for the first time today at belton location. Walked in and was greeted well. Saw a feller looked like me and asked him to make me the sandwich he orders. It was absolutely perfect. The crew was welcoming and polite. Recommend highly. Will definitely return to this location for sure. Thanks yall to the crew workin at lunch time on 12.20.24. Especially the stocky guy that recommended the sandwich. Thanks yall!
Customer service was dull and not lively at all no smile nothing. When we enter a restaurant or fast food chain a smile and kind greeting is pretty much expected. The food was quickly made and a definite 10/10 . But all the workers seemed stressed out or exhausted and not really willing to communicate. A slight change in attitude would have made our day. I'd probably just go through drive thru next time so I don't have to deal with the people honestly.

Since Killeen does not have a JimmyJohn's, i go all the way to Belton a few times a year. If Killeen had a JimmyJohn's, i would go more often. The meat and bread are fresh, and fresh fast food is rare these days.
