Very dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated. I had ordered a pretzel pizza, bacon cheese puffs, regular pizza puffs and the crazy bread. 1. The pretzel pizza wasn’t even a pretzel pizza. It had regular pizza crust. 2. The pizza puffs were undercooked, but burnt on the outside. (I wasn’t fixing to feed my 2 year old that) 3. The crazy bread was also undercooked.
My fiancé had called them to report the issues and was put on hold for 10 minutes. They finally came back on the phone saying “We can replace everything”. We then went back to the store to pick up the fixed order and they said “Well did you bring the other food back” and obviously we didn’t. And the lady then responded “Then there’s nothing we can do. We told y’all over the phone” which they didn’t.

Burned Cheese is all I tasted. I thought about asking for a different puff but the counter person was already agitated as I came up to the counter and didn't check the holding ben. I didn't see the small box in the warmer. It was just placed in the other side , not going to lie, it was difficult to get it out. I felt like I was going to burn my hand and arm. Never had this happen before but I usually get a full pizza. Today I just wanted a quick bite. Super disappointment for everything.

Every time I go in there, they rude and seem like they are high. They barely putting any toppings or sauce . Their main manager has lied about recreating orders where they messed up previous orders. Don’t order from here. All your pizzas will barely have toppings and taste like plastic
