I did not get no notice that I was not going to b getting my drink and that I would be getting a refund I should have been told something ahead of time when they took my order

Legit went in for a stuffed pretzel pizza and got the wrong pizza the first time I come back after a 6 mile drive and they let me know it’s not available so I get the stuffed crust and barely got sauce but apparently that’s the normal for the pizza, the people working there definitely nice but that’s it

Saw worker touching food with no gloves when commented on it, they said nobody wears gloves here with an attitude.
Employee slow greeting guest, I ask how old pizza was and he duh, at 1pm I pick up 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza to take home and when I got home it was old and hard.need put time on box.

Employee charged me for the wrong order ($25 for a $8 pizza) and the manager corrected the issue promptly.

Just awful. In every single way. Little Caesars that are fantastic so I'm specifically singling out this one the service attitude is terrible. I have never been treated by a pizza place like this ... Ever. Maybe I'm just not up to the times and it's cool to have an attitude with every customer that walks in but if this was my place or I was a manager here I would be absolutely horrified that these were my employees. And like I said I'm not just talking about the attitude I'm talking about the quality of the food. It's all bad. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Papa John's you'll pay a little more but you'll be treated much better and have better food.
