I love Marco’s Pizza and am very happy to have a location in Belton. However the last 2 times that we have ordered using the Marco’s app we have had problems with our order. The first time it was delivered cold and the second time I had ordered 4 garlic sauce cups and did not receive a single one. Also the Marco’s app is terrible, not intuitive, and the order tracking never works. I recommend Marco’s but order using Uber Eats. I’ve never had a problem doing it that way.

The guy spoke to on the phone was very nice but it’s kind of bad when you order online for a specific time. I ordered four hours in advance. OK maybe that’s too much at least two hours in advance for 7 o’clock delivery now it’s 20 minutes late. I hate to leave a bad review but it’s kind of ridiculous. My wife works next-door we order so she can get off work. Come home, and the poor guy for the customer service is my managers on his way in. They need to give me a discount or something. It’s kind of crazy. This is my first time ordering from Marco. I hope this experience doesn’t prevent me from further patronage.

Service was great! Thin crust pizza ...rather eat the box. No flavor in the crust. Still can't find a pizza to match or surpass Pizza Hut for flavor. I really wanted to like Marco's Pizza.

Marcos in Belton is amazing!! We ordered a pizza to be delivered and door dasher didn’t get our soda. So DJ from Marcos in Belton took the time to bring our soda and added a brownie for our inconvenience!! The brownie was slammin!! Then when we call a few days later, they remembered us and made sure we got what we asked for!! Fantabulous customer service, great pizza and delicious brownies!! Thank you Marcos is Belton!! And a special shout out to Dj and Lisa for always taking care of us!!

Got the allmeat pizza and it was disgusting. It fell apart made a mess everywhere and when I went to bite into apiece if my pizza I ate raw dough. Then to make things worse not even 30mins later me my husband and my daughter all started feeling sick, will not order from here again.

Ordered an XL pepperoni with half bell peppers and half banana peppers; both the service and the pizza were fantastic. Can't speak highly enough of this location. I'll definitely order again.

We normally love Marcos and have used other locations but this one didn’t send a confirmation of my order, was late, and the worst part was they didn’t even get our order right. One pizza was totally incorrect… Receipt instructions were correct, so I guess they just didn’t read it. The other pizza with was disappointing because the mushrooms are canned and were just piled in the middle loosely, like they threw them on at the last second. We will have to go to different locations or pizza places moving forward… way too expensive for this quality.
