It's wrong Every. Single. Time. My coworker loves McDonald's so that's typically what we order during break. It's always wrong. Either they give us someone else's order, or they don't make it to order, or they forget things we paid for. And we typically get our food delivered so it's hard to get them to make it right. Today, I ordered a shake. The milk in it HAD to be rancid. Neither one of us could consume it, it was so nasty.

The ONLY reason that im giving a 5 star review is because of Mya. She was wonderful this evening when we came in. She had a smile on her face. She welcomed everyone at the register with zero hesitation. She wasn't rude or sarcastic like half the employees we meet at any location. She is a great worker. Yall should be blessed to have her. If yall can't see how good she can be another company will.

The customer service was an A+, especially coming from the young adults. They were very kind when I told them they got my drinks wrong. The food was hot and made after we ordered. We also got the food the way we liked it. Everyone at the window were happy and smiling. Hope they keep it up. Will visit again. Oh, love the drink cups. It took me back to the old days of McDonald’s. Love that Belton, Texas finally got a McDonald’s close by the movie theater. I also am posting the hours and the phone number if you need to call the McDonald’s Care line.

they don’t fill drinks up all the way, and when you ask them to fill it up they get angry with you. we asked for a 6 piece nugget and only got 4. They’re rude and the customer service absolutely sucks. Manager and employees need to get it together.

This location sucks. I’ve literally never had a good experience here lol. One time they told me to go through the drive thru instead of doing my curbside pickup and they straight up lost my order and didn’t give me a refund and didn’t even remake my order. The manager told me told me I was out of luck lol
I have never seen ruder staff or a more filthy restaurant. This McDonald's is the worst. Worst service worst food worst place I've ever had to get food. These people couldn't beat their selves out of a wet paper sack. 3 orders and it shuts this place down to a crawl. And after 11 u r waiting 30 mins or more for door dash or food. Not staffed appropriately and not managed appropriately and not cleaned appropriately. So sad wheres the multi million dollar franchisee owner? He owns several of the worst McDonald's in bell county. Even the new one coming to 317. He failed us here why let him get another one. Quit eating here people its gross gross.

I'm surprised these guys managed to sign the employment contracts because they seemingly don't really know how to read.
We've been here 6-7 times over the last months, and there was literally zero orders that matched what we actually ordered. We even started betting on how many items will match our order this time, because we always get anything but what we ordered.
You ask them for no lettuce or pickles, be sure you'll have them in your burger. Or even better, it won't even be your burger because you were given someone else's order.
Don't bother choosing sauces, because it's usually random sauces, and none of those are what you picked. Once I ordered three different sauces, and I got like 18 ketchups instead, LOL.
Obviously, we are tired of driving back or having to spend a lot of time checking our bags right at the window, so we won't come back, but maybe the management reads it and finally teaches the guys to read the orders.
