I’m from California and have never been a fan of BBQ joints because Beef brisket and pulled pork are usually so dry that you have to smother them with sauce to choke them down. At Miller’s Smokehouse I finally found out what great BBQ is!The brisket was tender, the chicken was moist and the pork ribs were just right( tender with a perfectamount of Mahogany on the surface). All the above were delicious! I am a changed woman!Also, the corn bread is wonderful too.

Fantastic brisket and sides! I could eat here every day!
My brain shorted out at the first bite of sausage. I never got one of the sides I paid for, but the food was so good and the wait staff so nice, I just let it go. (I never let it go. I am transformed. ???♀️) They have Yellow Rose on draft. Worth repeating: superlative Texas BBQ and superlative Texas beer. I'm already trying to figure out a way to make this 65-mile drive a regular thing in my life.

I guess I didn't know what good brisket was until I came here. That brisket (moist) needs to be rated 18+, did things to my mouth I can't explain here. Lol. Seriously, it was phenomenal.
