The pizzas are good, but the guy working with the cowboy hat for some reason always has a bad attitude and doesn't include the dips in the box.

I am extremely disappointed with Papa. This is the third time they delivered a terrible pizza. The crust was burnt, the toppings were all thrown in the middle. The only person happy about this pizza is my cardiologist. He will ve glad that I couldn't eat it. Im going to have to find a better place. Papa, you lost your touch and a customer.

Pizza was great but the oreo bite things were horrible. First, they were just regular pizza dough with with icing on them. There was suppose to be and oreo filling but most of them had none or very little filling inside. On top of that they were mostly burnt, hard and dry. Do not get these or check them while still in store. And $8 for what they give you... no way should that be a thing. Too far for me to drive back otherwise I would to complain. But yeah... at least the pizza was ok.

Phone order/delivery, order placed with a real person. Ordered pepperoni pizza. What I got was cheese. Delivery timely, personnel pleasant.

It's pretty pathetic the staff can't tell you what the specials are when asked the employee said to look them up online. Today is 5/11 at 145 pm perhaps the employee should be retrained

If i could give 0 stars i would. Apps cutoff time is 1130pm and i was in the middle of placing my order when it cut me off as I was paying for it. They claim the carey out cut off is 10pm which is completely different than what the apps says. Absolutely horrible service

Walked in, no one acknowledged me. Waited several minutes with people glancing at me but not acknowledged. Asked about my order aloud, was told they were busy. A tall man walked in and a minute later all food was served.

Food is good. Really like the garlic dipping sauce and pepper. Only issue, which I guess I can understand, is the non acceptance of a fifty dollar bill when I am spending 30 of it. But other than that, good experience.

Ordered on line to have delivered. When calling the store to find out what the hold up was after 1.5 hours, I was given a run around by Kam and he gave me an attitude...... told me on 2 different phone calls to the store that the order was picked up and on the way...... we finally got a response from the driver saying the store didn't have my order ready after 1.5 hours. I will never order from the Belton Papa John's again because of the attitude and lies from Kam.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service by Kenneth the General Manager. He not only claimed we were wasting our time calling him for a refund after a DoorDasher straight up stole our pizza and marked it as delivered, he also tried to gaslight us into not trying to do it because “I’ve never had to fill out a customer refund” and said no one has ever wanted to. He also claimed that he would not answer our calls and would CANCEL our refund (which he refused to fill out anyways) if we called again. We should have had our food in 35 minutes but we got it in 1 hour 40 minutes. I usually leave only good reviews but this is awful and utterly unacceptable and disgusting behavior by Kenneth. He also REFUSED to state his last name.

Kid-friendliness: The workers are rude and awful. Do not bring kids here.

General Manager Kenneth was beyond rude when I requested a refund when the Uber driver who was supposed to deliver our food decided to eat it. He was obnoxious and has 0 customer service skills. He as the GM pretended like he didn't know how to give a refund.... AS THE GENERAL MANAGER. He kept dodging questions when asked. The location took 4 phone calls to answer the phone. He literally said he was
WASTING HIS TIME BY TALKING TO ME after messing up and I called back to check on the order. He said he wouldn't process my refund if I kept talking like that, I was simply assertive, no yelling, swearing, insults or threats. He wanted me to go away because he didn't feel like assisting me and didn't apologize even ONCE. He shouldn’t be working in this industry. So unprofessional and RUDE.
