Went through drive thru for an early lunch. They took 15 mins in the drive thru just for my sandwich. I also ordered a Diet Coke and it smelled like cleaning spray (I guess they didn’t fully rinse the soda nozzles?) I couldn’t even drink it. This place used to be good but it’s just sub par now.

Schlotskys has been one of my favorite deli restaurants since the early Naples FL. The “original” has maintained its quality all along. I hope it comes back to Florida, one day!

Got my FREE small original with B-Day coupon from app. Food was good, service was good. It was late evening when I visited, so not busy, which was fine with me. Lighting and ambiance was cozy & warm. Kid was even playing his violin. He sounded about like I did when I started, so I tolerated it. :)
