It is always a must that I stop at Schoepf’s either on my way to Austin or on my way back to Dallas for some good old bacon wrapped Quail, the Ribs are to die for and my Most Delicious Elotes is a complete must !!!

I had a good laugh at the lady that posted the bad review on here. When the business responded that they came to her table to check how things were and they said great her response was “I said good and I said it with a question” I am absolutely dead. Only a woman would respond something like that. How dare y’all not read her mind and beg her to tell you what’s wrong. She was going to tell you after you asked 3 times. And I’m a woman so don’t come at me.
Anyways we ate here after we went for a hike at chalk ridge. I had no idea this spot was so close to my milk pickup spot but we will be back literally every week we grab milk. It was amazing. I honestly have not had bbq this good in years. One of the best spots I’ve ever been to.
I don't know what it is about those cheese potatoes but they are thee best comfort food to go with your meats.

Went to eat here today. The bbq is usually great. The customer service wasn’t great at all. We waited behind a big party and instead of allowing us to go and pay while they made their decisions we had to wait and the food was very cold. Pay over 100 dollars for cold BBQ. Very unlikely to come back to this place ever again! Customer service has to be better!

Fantastic and Friendly BBQ establishment. Had the 1/2 lb Beef Brisket - juicy, Mac and Cheese, potato salad, pickles, and home-made fountain drink. Spicy BBQ Sauce. More than enough food. Brisket and everything was great. Service was friendly and helpful. Plenty of available side options.
