Don’t remember the last time I had a warm donut here. Doesn’t matter if I go right when they open or in the morning rush.

I have been coming here since I was a kid, getting the bull's eye donut, A donut without the hole (all one peice) with some white frosting scooped on top and sprinkles.
A few years ago they changed the recipe for the frosting where instead of being white and fluffy it's more like goo.
But, hey it's more or less the same donut so I wasn't too bothered then slowly but surely the donut became smaller and less pillowy until it was about half the size that it regularly used to be.
It may be smaller but I still get it because the memories this brings me.
Finally, today I go and get my regular donut to find a stale\possibly over done donut, a random donut hole placed on top like a cheap imitation and barely any of the frosting which was already mediocre at best.
I guess like all memories the good days have to end sooner or later

The food is usually pretty good when ever I go in the morning before work, but I will not be back at this location. It doesn’t matter who I interact with the worker is rude and treats the customer as an inconvenience.

Ice cold donuts.
Every single time I go, doesn’t matter what time. When they just open, or later. Every single time I get glazed donuts, they are ice cold. HORRIBLE!!!!
If you want ice cold donuts might as well get room temperature Krispy Kreme donuts from Walmart.
Shipleys sells ice cold donuts 98% of the time!

I'm not a big breakfast guy or sweet-food eater, but the kolaches are a tasty-savory all-in-one breakfast affair. Heavily thinking about buying a dozen and freezing them for a quick snack in the morning.

I won't be going back to the Belton location. Husband and I stopped by before work to get a donut and kolache, mind you there is a elementary school right next door on right side of road, there were cars parked there we thought they were dropping kiddos off so we got in line, not knowing they were waiting in line. After a few minutes of being in line we heard someone behind us yelling it turns out this person went inside and complaints and manager that we had cut the line. When we got to the window instead of the manager politely asking what happened or addressing the situation she was rude and stated that she would appreciate if we would be more considerate of other customers because a "regular" came in and complained that we had cut the line I tried to inform her that we did not realize they were in line. At this point yes my husband was upset because when the customer was walking in the store she was screaming like she was crazy at us, and due the manager being rude, he told her that he didn't care if that customer was a regular customer that our money was just as green and we did not intentionally cut anybody he again asked her if she intended on taking our money or serving us and she said she did not care as we got ready to leave her and the rest of the staff decided to chime in "bye" in a snide manner I did report to corporate. ZERO STARS.

Small town staple. My Daughter gets a donut once a week before school. They have always been freindly, food good, nothing bad to say. Coffee taste is never consistent but i love their coffee. its a little surprise each time to how it will taste. never bad.
