This is a newer location, and the layout of the cafe is nice. The baristas do a great job making the drinks correctly. The line at the drive-thru can get long, but it moves pretty quickly. The Spicy Falafel pocket or the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia paired with the Evolution Fresh Organic Defense Up make for a satisfying light lunch.

So apparently now we have to get charged for their mistakes.
Went in for a drink. They messed it up, I asked the girl to fix it and she said she was gonna charge me more..how about that? This is so ridiculous

This particular Starbucks is great! I have only been inside a few times, I mostly use drive thru. I like that I am remembered every time I come through and all the staff I have interacted with are so welcoming and friendly!

My coffee was lukewarm and the people working there are so busy standing around talking that they barely acknowledged me. Hardly any customers inside. Not welcoming at all. I was going to buy a pastry, but I saw a guy wipe his nose and then touched areas around the food case.

If you have never had a full experience at Starbucks plus great customer service. Then you need to head over to Belton Texas. The Starbucks there is amazing quality and customer service you cannot beat.

The line is very long when you show up in the mornings, but you don't have to wait very long. I was around the back and out of the parking lot and I was out within 10-15 min. The coffee is always so great and the people working there are so very sweet. Definitely recommend to come here for your morning coffee or breakfast. They also have a nice dinning area which I like to visit during class.

I am super disappointed. I have never had a bad experience until today, but their matcha powder has changed and as a result it’s very chunky. So when I order my matcha I ask that it is double blended. I order a hot matcha and I in-store pick up. I walk in and am waiting when I hear two baristas talking about my order laughing and saying what does this mean? They must be confused. Then the young man says well I guess you get what you pay for. I spend too much money at SBX to be made fun of. Put the matcha in the blender, blend, and steam it. Not hard. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this store. Hurt my feelings a bit.

Update: after receiving a response from the owner; very responsive by the way, I forgive the mishap and therefore am adjusting my review. Thank you very much.

I order my coffee like 20 mints ahead this morning to pick it up bec i didn’t wanna be be late for work and when I went there my coffee was not started yet !!!! It took her 10 more mints to make the coffee and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had .
Oh and yeah I went to work superrr late bec of that ! Thank you Starbucks 😁

I ordered through the drive through, around 8 (this Starbucks closes at 10), I ordered and everything was fine. There was a mix up and I was greeted with hostility, I didn't know the difference between blended ice and a Frappuccino. Wasn't a big mistake but definitely not the greatest way to respond to a customer.

Long story short: I said that it wasn't blended (blended ice) and the barista got upset.
