Ordered online to PU inside, we sat for a while after about 7 min after the app said it would be ready. I got up to ask if it’s almost ready. Casually he said he was working on it and he grab his apron and walked out. Someone else finished it and just sat it on the counter. No name, no sorry and that was it. I guess I’ll just go to the drive up from now on. Customer service is gone.?

The customer service at this Starbucks is very friendly! Shout out to David for his excellent customer service!! I got confused on my order and he was very attentive, patient, and followed up to see how I liked the drink afterward.
