Stopped at Subway in Belton, TX. It was a great experience. Amber was supper friendly. She has got to be one of the friendliest server I have encountered. She put Chic-fil-a to shame. I have been to quit a few high end resturaunts and have not received such a friendly welcome as she has given. It is refreshing to encounter someone as friendly as Amber in a fast food establishment.

Excellent choice for something healthy instead of fast food. Casey works morning shift and is very sweet and polite and professional. Used the mail coupons and got 2 ft longs for half price. Great little and quiet place to enjoy a healthy meal.

Ordered a Rotisserie chicken power bowl and it supposed to have a VINAIGRETTE.
Stacey just said that, I should have picked something else “.. well I guess I should not try anything new again. She just wanted to argue with me about the NoN-Vinegarette!!
I best get my refund in 2 days.

She was extremely rude- rolled her eyes at me and another lady placing and order. We both shook our heads and said wow. We will never eat at that location again. That older lady has a problem with a serious attitude and extremely rudeness. Not sure what’s her deal but she shouldn’t work with people if she can’t stand them so much.

I am a regular customer and truly appreciate the quality of your food. However, during my recent visit, I noticed that the staff member handling orders was not very patient and came across as unfriendly. This behavior affected my overall experience.

I was asking about food and then talked to one of the employees about something else just for a second , and Kimberly came out screaming yelling and kicked me out. I didn’t know subway employees were slaves there was no one else even in the restaurant, Kimberly is a poor representative of the subway franchise.

Kimberly was very professional and provided outstanding customer service. The place was clean and neat. The only thing that would have made it better would be for management to get the toaster replaced. Love my sandwiches toasted.
