Kimberly was very professional and provided outstanding customer service. The place was clean and neat. The only thing that would have made it better would be for management to get the toaster replaced. Love my sandwiches toasted.

We stopped at the Belton Subway to take shelter during a recent tornado/storm. The employees at this location deserve all of the recognition! They were sooo polite, got everyone inside an interior room and safe quickly and calmly. They even offered my 2 year old a cookie because she was scared and crying.Thank you all so much!Fantastic staff and the food smelled amazing, the restaurant was also very clean.
