Don’t go here if you’re pressed for time..I’ve never seen subway employees intentionally move slow..it doesn’t take 30 mins to make a sandwich…literally just saw 2 of their employees take their sweet time while people are on their lunch breaks…lunch breaks are only 30 mins these days…they do this bc they want u to leave..so when we left I saw both of the employees laughing like it made their day..sad this is what subway has resulted to..just lazy

The quality of subs is terrible. We ordered two different subs online, but when we got home we discovered they just made 2 of the same. Extremely salty. Very little meat on sub. Overall very disappointed and will not return to this location.

Placed an online order and redeemed my rewards points. Got to the store and they said “a lady called and cancelled the order”. We told them we still wanted the order but they insisted that someone called and cancelled the order. No one called and cancelled- it was a shift change. Looked for a number for corporate but can’t find it. Employees not helpful at all ☹️ I’ll stick to the Wal-Mart Subway in Belton- it’s much better.

Went in to get just a simple turkey sub between my two jobs last night a little after 7pm and after waiting for cashier to help young lady retrieve her online order as I was waiting and looking at menu for about 1 min, then she asked if I had online order I said no so she then sighed and ensured I knew she was clocking off soon when I went to respond she stated ‘Oppp I’m clocked out now so have to wait on the other guy, he will help you’ I was a little upset but just said ok thank you and then waited another 7 mins. finally the “other guy” came from back then he asked if I had an online pick up when I said no he then said “ok well it’ll be a bit I have online orders to complete” he then proceeded to ignore me and slowly began to make online orders. I had another job to get to and could not wait for a 5 min 6” sandwich to take 30 mins before it could be made. Needless to say I left hungry and without enough time to stop elsewhere for food and will definitely not use this place ever in future when customers who are in store are pushed aside for online orders.

They wrapped a knife in my sub and when I got home, while unwrapping the sandwich, I was cut across my thumb. I called and called but no answer on their phones. I guess corporate will be contacted first thing tomorrow.

Super slow service. I placed an online order around 5:30pm. Food was supposed to be ready around 5:55pm. Walked in, and the employee was in the back on his phone. No one else in the store. He seemed bothered when I asked him if my order was ready. Walked out of the store around 6:45pm. I would understand if they were busy; however, with nobody else there? Unacceptable.

The manager, Angela, is sent straight from heaven. She’s the 1st employee I’ve personally seen from Subway to put love into everything she does. I’ve had my favorite Subway experience thanks to her!

Had a nice experience with the guy behind the counter. The series menu is not for me but, that's a different story. They were out of cookies which this location usually over cooks them anyways. My opinion obviously.
