Got on the app and accidentally got ordered at wrong location and they couldn't get me my money back right away so I'm with out it for 5 to 7 business days and I didn't get to eat

Staff was very friendly and gave me extra food and a drink for having to wait an extra 10 minutes due to technical issues on their side. Best customer service I've had from a fast food restaurant in a while :)

It’s Taco Bell, but of course it’s the modern Taco Bell that has a staff that can’t even read to get orders correct. There hasn’t been a single time that me or my family has went here where something from the order isn’t missing.

Horrendous customer service. Was told there was no beef, whatever that's fine. It would be assumed that it would be replaced, as it's not my fault that it was not listed that there was no beef nor 6 inch tortillas. No compromise was made, and employees were rude. I'm sorry, but if you are incapable of having stock to cover when truck may be late than you're not doing it properly. I have worked for TB before and I know closing procedure. This is ridiculous, and it's not surprising that this location has so many 1 star reviews with how rude the staff is. Management needs to be checked on.
