Taco Bell do better! I miss came through the drive-thru at your Belton location, this lady “helped” us. She was very unfriendly and rude. After giving her my order of 2 chicken soft tacos, I let her know that the screen was incorrect. She came back very condescending saying “I know” and just got worse from there. I went inside to ask for the manager and she told me they weren’t available. I informed her that I was just letting her know That the screen was wrong and continued to be rude. Needless to say, I didn’t finish my order.

The manager Michelle was very rude and disrespectful kept closing the window on my finance face the first time came back up there the second time she still being rude after tryna tell her the food was wrong we never ordered what she gave us the first time. Was tryna tell her what not to put on the order because I was allergic she still proceeded to close the window while we were talking then I’m trying to get her attention to tell her and she would not come to the window. This is very unacceptable service here was pure trash she was very horrible. Now id rather travel to another Taco Bell because my experience here was garbage.
Very bad customer service. MANAGER blew me off as I stood at the counter ready to order. They were trying to give me some cold old fries, but didn’t have an issue when I requested them to make them fresh for me.

Cheesy double beef burrito, NO SOUR CREAM. ^ apparently the most difficult order in the world, as I keep getting sour cream at the temple location. Ugh. Belton is great. Go here. Not Temple if you can.
