We just had the Cowboy Burger. Everything was so delicious. Service was incredible. If I’m ever back in the area coming to The Tipsy Cowboy will be a must.

We had a cheeseburger from here and it was delicious. Definitely recommend! The fries were so good too. The cucumber agua Fresca was so refreshing as always. We tried the chicken fried chicken and it was not bad at all. The green beans had an odd flavor. The mash was good. Could use some more butter and seasoning. The gravy was yummy! Overall great experience and can’t wait to try other items.

Note that this is an outdoor seating only eatery. That being said, I still frequent this little spot. I've had dinner and breakfast here and the food is fresh delicious and well made every time. The breakfast tacos were yummy. The western breakfast plate was fresh and hot with very good flavor. Ive enjoyed the biscuits and gravy from here, as well. My favorite though is the chilli cheese fries. They're drive in classic! Crispy fries covered in hearty chilli then covered in shredded cheddar. Really good! Yeah they definetly were worth the short drive over. I recommend this little dive in Belton. The lady working the window when I go is always friendly and prompt. And in this economy, their prices are pretty good. Breakfast for 4 was pretty cheap for us.

Have eaten here numerous times!! I’ve gotten breakfast tacos, breakfast burrito, biscuits & gravy topped with 2 over medium eggs, cheeseburger, fajita quesadillas combo.and last but not least don’t forget the dessert (Sopapilla Cheesecake) I’ve never had to say can I have more, you get plenty to eat, nor have I never been disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
