I ordered a cake last week (March 11th) to be ready for March 17th. It was my son’s 1st birthday cake, and I made sure to double check the date on which it was supposed to be ready- the 17th! Well, I get there on the 17th from the written pickup time and they tell me that they had my order in for the 18th. Mind you, I double checked the time and date, I was present during the order. I’m absolutely floored with how someone came to me and said “No one today is baking cakes” Crazy. If y’all couldn’t do it on the weekend, should’ve called me ??♀️

Ok here is my deal. The 8th of October I purchased a 6.8 ounce single serving can of peas and carrots. The day I cook those peas and carrots I found what I believe worth feces. So I took it to the Walmart customer service they filed a claim and of course they took the peas with the poop in it. Oh they were quick to respond determining in less than 48 hours that it was corn cob that was cooked within the can before it's labeled. I don't know what it was it look like shit to me.Now let me tell you about today. Made my lunch this AM. Basic sandwich. Used the bread I purchased, when I had the chance to eat I discovered my bread was covered in mode on the lower crust. I reached out to Walmart. Man they don't care So when you go to that Walmart be careful what you buy you can't see the bottom of that bread in that loaf bag due to the colors. Better yet just don't shop at that shit holeOne more thing. I have video of the molding bread that's three days old....

JUST NOWI ABSOLUTELY HATE WALMART IN BELTON AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. It used to be a nasty, smelly dump that had poor lighting and is just a depressing place.!! It is certainly better in appearance since they remodeled it a few years ago, BUT still depressing people who work there, and low-quality goods BUT I NEED Walmart in my life when I am buying total crap so I will RELUCTANTLY give this GOD AWFUL place 5 stars. GEEZE I HATE WALMART.!

This was my first visit to the Belton Walmart. Overall not bad they had more options for certain products and decent levels of stock versus the Georgetown Walmart. The Store was busy but we were able to get in and out fairly quick, finding everything we needed for that particular trip.

Just want to say THANK-YOU very much!! We appreciate the curbside service as well as the delivery. This has been a reliable place to shop, especially during COVID19. I don't mind going inside to do my shopping but the Shoppers for curbside do an outstanding job. The iPhone Walmart App works well and I love how it tracks my purchases which makes new orders very easy.

Ordered curbside for available time slot 6-7pm. Got the text & email a few minutes before 6 that it was ready. Not a big order...just $60. 6:47....still here. They did come out & say they are running behind, but I shouldn't have received the 'your order is ready' text. Sigh....

Extremely rude need to learn what customer service is. If you dont like your job find another. We will no longer be shopping at walmart. Consider retaining your managers and employees. I had better service at McDonald's or taco bell you wasted my time and my family's time.

I just picked up a present from the orange tower, Keegan was so nice. I asked if someone could help me with a bike. Kieran said he would, he got a ladder. He pulled the bike down and helped me to the front. Kurgan was a delight, Walmart needs a 100 Keegan's! Thank you for your help. Belton Texas

I assist my father in law with his grocery shopping. He used his food card and I assumed it was accepted. I paid for what I thought was the balance for the non food items. The cashier never mentioned his card was not accepted. I look at my bank account online and see my card was charged for the full amount of his groceries plus the balance. I called customer service and was told the only way to correct it was to return all of the items for credit and they would run them through again. I would hope this type of problem would lead to better training or discipline but the customer service agent didn't seem too concerned. I always brag about the local businesses and especially the VA in Temple because although the buildings are nice, it's the people that make them so wonderful. WM Belton failed this time.
Lines very long of course they only have one person behind costumer service. As much money as walmart makes you think they could hire a few more people. Maybe increase pay too!

i am disabled and had a gentleman named Tim Cowen stop and assist me in a department he did not even work in. not only did he assist me with the pricing and selection but gat a cart and loaded the heavy shelving and take it to the check out and then went to the parking lot and loaded them in the truck for me. It is so nice to see an employ that goes -up and above the call of duty to make your shopping experience a pleasent one. Thank you so much M r. Cowen for all the help and service.

I only gave 1 star because at least I got most of my shopping done.I was there and ready to check out by 1130am,only had 2 cashiers working,lines all the way back to clothing isles,finally the assistant manager,female,got on a register.when we finally were checking out I ask her why there weren't more open and she said they didn't have enough trained people to run the registers,so I asked about the three walmart employees that were standing in the vegetable area just standing there chatting when 1 was a CSM and the other 1 checked me out last week.Maybe the assistant manager should be spoken to because she sure can't run a store and she can't speak the truth because she told the lady before me that there weren't enough customers in the store.2 people same question,different answer.That's ok HEB is across the street for next monday
