I’m just curious on why people that go through the drive-through are more important than people that come inside to order food? The drive-through had 10 cars I counted when I walked inside. They got all 10 of those cars through the drive-through before my one order was completed with nobody else in the lobby.???

I am 62 years old never been to Wendy’s in my whole life decided to go once because my daughter sent me a picture of one of her brownie batter. Frosty’s after 20 minutes I went inside and asked for a refund because I was tired of waiting and My ice cream is melted. They said nothing to me took my receipt. Asked for my card gave me my card back and that was it never a word was spoken to me. This isn’t Belton, Texas.

The whole AI ordering system is trash. It took forever and as soon as I got to the window they told me it didn’t get any of our order. So I got to do it all over again. (It was a very large order too). Then the order was messed up when I got it. Horrible experience. I recommend avoiding this place.

Horrible service fries were cold and they tried to tell me they were hot. The manager had a stank attitude. I was passing through this town and my child was hungry so I stopped and got her food. This is what happens. We’re in the army and just got stationed and got horrible service. Thank you.

I've been to this location twice now. Both times the orders were wrong. First time was drive thru, I ordered a Dave's Double and got chicken. This time, I walked inside and ordered a Daves Double and I got a baconator drowned in mustard. Wow, lots of confusion on simple tasks. People don't even look like they want to be there. I don't think these folks could even tie their shoes. No more visits at this location ?

Went through the drive thru. Service was speedy but not accurate. Ordered Vanilla but got Chocolate ? some employees were nice and some very rude. Frostys were still delicious, a little melted but delicious.

First time I went I got the Asiago chicken sandwich. I asked for no lettuce or tomato (i know im a plain Jane) and when I got my order they took off the lettuce, tomato, bacon and cheese. I caught it and sent it back.
I go back today and same thing, got no lettuce, tomato, bacon or cheese. I don't understand why yall are taking off every single item when all I did was take off lettuce and tomato???
