Aquira is so friendly, amazing, helpful and downright sweet! She's very efficient and knowledgeable about her duties and strives to be an exemplary employee! I'll visit again just because of her cheerful personality 🙌🏼 The rest of the crew on her shift seemed nice as well but I only got to interact with her 😊👍🏼

I’ve been to this Wendy about three times since I moved here a few months ago. The food is always warm and fresh and the staff is always super friendly. One of the better drive thru experiences I’ve had.

Consistently forget the small things. Often forget straws, condiments or today, both. Always have to pull to the white lines and they always give drinks before you do, and straws are never in the bag. Gotta get the small things right to keep customers.

I visited today 1/14/2026 Mrs. Karen is an awesome, cool and down to earth manager, she leads by example. They had the chili nice and hot for this cold weather, grilled chicken wrap that no one is selling and a nice cool ice tea. I am very happy, satisfied with manager & crew. Awesome job!!!!
They mess up the order 100% of the time. Staff is horrible and rude. I see why people wait in line at McDonald’s next door. I’ll wait at McDonald’s before zipping through Wendy’s again.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Wendy’s in my life. The employee named Mila Ramos was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked up. She talked to me with a nasty attitude, cussed at me, and said things no employee should ever say to a customer. Her behavior was totally unprofessional and honestly disgusting.
I don’t know what was going on with her that day, but the way she spoke to me made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. If this is the kind of staff this location allows, I won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to address this because customers shouldn’t have to deal with someone treating them like that.

Using AI to take orders that asks you if you want to buy extra stuff instead of just taking your order and then charging .50 cents per dipping sauce on a large meal is a realllllllly bad business model. Last time I eat here. Food wasn't even hot

Went there Sat Oct 12 2025 service was ok the issue was the water- soda machine was broken the bake potatoes were just above rm temp the chili was maybe 2 degrees warmer not what we we’re expecting
