Terrible service. Guy at the register just stared as me and said he couldn’t take my order. Yes it was busy. But he could have politely said “let me get someone for you’ then about four people on staff watched me walk out and didn’t say a word. Do better Whataburger.

Night Shift is extremely lazy, drive thru takes extremely long waited 15 minutes just to order and waited extra 20 minutes for one meal. Not to mention there were no soda For my meal. They also got my order wrong and returned it to the kitchen just to use the same burger that had the incorrect sauce smh this place used to be on point but now it’s gone down hill smh

They’re open 24 hours yet at any given time they may divert you to the drive through using orange street cones. Literally no place to park and/or exit according to the cones and the line of cars blocking all parking spots and exits. Basically they don’t want to deal with you in person, and if you’re familiar with Whataburger they’re also not moving with any sense of urgency. Get in line, wait for an hour, eat your cold fries and shut up.
