Everyone who ordered pick up had to wait at least 20 minutes after their scheduled pick up time. Do better please.

Multiple times I order from here and they either missing items or the order is not right at all would definitely just go to another wing joint. Update 3 years later and place is still the same having to go back and get stuff they missed. I mean how hard can checking and double checking be . Last time Iam ordering from Wingstop.

Never got a refund no matter how much I tried.
I order wings online and it said it would take 20 mins. I arrive at this location and they say it’ll be another hour! I ask for a refund. Wingstop doesn’t have a simple way to refund on this system I guess and say their regional rep will give the refund. A few weeks go by and they apologize and say they will contact the manager again. Another couple weeks go by and I call asking for the managers number. They reluctantly give it to me. When I call he says for me to email him my receipts. I do so immediately and then he goes quiet.
I file a fraud payment with CC company and it gets denied because they said I did pay for it but there isn’t proof I never received my food.
I love Wingstop but I will never order from any of the locations around here in case this thief of a Regional manager named Josh is over any other.

This location sucks, just drive to temple location. They leave the wings dry missing sauce on several pieces. If you pay for the extra suace they still don’t give it to you. They purposely leave you on hold when trying to place an order. Manager is a total jerk. They tell you 40 min every single time but then the food took 5 min and is now cold. You pay good money for cold unsauced wings and undercooked fries

Don’t like leaving negative reviews but I ordered half a week ago online and grabbed an order . I also ordered brownies and the manager tells me they’re out and they can give me store credit for next time I come I can pick them up . I come by today to pick them up and tell the manager , and he throws the brownies across the front table . I’ve worked in food industry and would never throw something like that in a rude way ! Always give it to them in their hand !
Got the order totally wrong, bone in as opposed to boneless. Small detail, lol. Always takes forever to get food. No trash cans in the entire place. Staff hides from customers. Going to have to try another location.

They are hardly ever on time. I’ve tried ordering in advance online and still wait. I try calling to see how long the wait is, only to continue waiting at the store. Horribly run.

I placed my order through the wingstop app and my driver was given the wrong order. That's on the restaurant. Then I called and let them know I was given the wrong order.At which point she promised her remake it fresh for me. I then showed up less than ten minutes later, and the second I walked through the door was given a bag and told here's your ord. At which point I told them it was supposed to be Remade, fresh and I just called less than ten minutes ago.So this is probably the first order. At which point I was told no, this was remade. This is the fresh one. Mind you I was told less than ten minutes before this that the order would get started and be made fresh. So I take it to my truck and I open the bag and the very top bag.All of the wings are cold to the touch. Anyone with the slightest bit of intelligence knows those wings were not made fresh. I didn't cause a fuss. I wasn't disrespectful. I just went inside and requested that they be made fresh. Because these are still cold, they couldn't be fresh. It was less than ten minutes ago. At which point I watched the manager give them to someone and they look up at me and shake their head. And then this woman proceeds to say, well, i'm not gonna stand there and argue with him.He's Gonna wait now.
How on earth does someone get the wrong order? And then go in and be lied to about an order, still be completely respectful and then get disrespected? Fortunately, unlike the manager of the store at the time, there's depth to my character. So instead of causing a problem and making a scene in front of everybody, I came here to voice my grievance. I didn't have a problem waiting for it to be remade. Even though I was already promised it would have been fresh and that it was fresh in the bag. I was given even though it wasn't. What I have an issue with is a woman disrespecting me twenty feet behind the counter, but loud enough for the entire staff to hear it and half of the guests. I'm a 1000% certain about what I heard, and when I loudly asked, are you talking about me? I was ignored. I don't appreciate people disrespecting me. And then when they're confronted being two cowardice to respond. Especially after I was nothing but friendly about the whole entire scenario, even after being lied to.
And you're not gonna believe what happened. After the remake, I sat in the parking lot for 6 or seven minutes And typed up a complaint to corporate. Then I drove nine minutes home, sat in my driveway for 3 more minutes, Then went inside and opened the bag.And everything in the bag was still piping hot. Only further, proving that the manager is a liar and only got upset and disrespectful. Because I refuse to accept her lie.
The food is pretty good, but a word to the wise: don’t order as a delivery, and be sure to check your order before you leave. These folks CHRONICALLY leave food out of your order. (See the other reviews.)This is the second time they’ve shorted us on a delivery order recently. This time it was my fault for giving them a second chance. It won’t happen again.

Blake was very helpful &&’ , made my experience here really well, great service , great attitude, he also recommended lemon pepper and I was highly satisfied with his decision.!

This place is terrible about putting orders out on time. Don't get mad at your delivery drivers it's this place. They need to do better about getting their orders out on time for the delivery people.
