On 1/10/2026, I went with a friend to pick up food and was pleasantly surprised to discover the chicken was raw after the first bite. We took it back, they remade it, and generously offered brownies—as if that magically fixes serving undercooked chicken.

While we were there, we ordered more tenders, which turned out to be adorable mini nuggets instead. Not quite what was advertised, but cute attempt.

Decided to give them another chance today (my mistake), and they forgot an entire 8-piece wing order. Impressive, especially since they weren’t even busy.

At this point, the consistency is impressively bad. I won’t be returning.

I was out of town working attempted to call in an order no answer after 3 attempts. Proceeded to place an online order. Upon my arrival no one greeted me. There wasn't alot of people in the restaurant. The floors restroom and counter tops were dirty. Customer service was very poor. Worst part about it my fries were not cooked properly nor seasoned. That's one of the main reasons I go to wing stop for the fries and ranch. Definitely wont be going back!

I have not ate Wingstop in a very long time. I ordered my food to go.when I got home I was excited about getting to have wings that I’ve been craving. The wings were so hard. The chicken was dried up inside. I could barely chew it. I was so disappointed.

Took 42 mins to get my food on a walk in.... I was one of the first 3 people in the store. Only 1 soda had adequate syrup. They burnt my wings, didn't give any ranch, and the fries were cold.

food is fine. it’s dirty in the restaurant like insanely dirty and it takes forever bruh. the worst and most disorganized staff ever. they will have you waiting for an hour and a half just for one order. always rude and never helpful

This is one of the worst stores in Belton! The people who work here do not know what they are doing, they hide in the back and don't take care of their customers!! Every person in front waiting for orders is angry and has been waiting forever. They are just the worst!

Been getting wing stop every Friday for about 14 years or longer, since pandemic the function of this place is a disaster, one day they have certain people and the next week totally different crew, when they finally have someone who actually does things right, next week that person is gone and the new manager or supervisor talking trash about them, but don’t even half of the stuff done themselves, service and food went from bad to worst, not worth it anymore

Service used to be great here. The last 2 times my order is always ready 40 minutes after projected time given. The manager walks around micromanaging people. She could’ve done what she’s requesting others to do in that time. Leadership is lacking here. Big time.. long time customer who will be going elsewhere next time. Don’t think y’all can’t lose business, stay humble. 🙏🏼♥️
