I saw peaches and creme French toast on a FB ad for brunch. I loaded up the family and headed over. I had no idea what was waiting. The best French toast I've ever tasted! It was like eating a cloud. Soft, full of flavor, and delicious! 😋 My wife had the breakfast biscuit and it was also delectable. My Pops and son both got blueberry pancakes. I didn't get a taste but they both said they were amazing. Everthing that was behind the display looked amazing as well. We will definitely be back to enjoy the delicious delights. I highly recommend you stop in and have a bite at this wonderful little bakery!

Great find on my first visit to Ben Wheeler! Will definitely stop there again; had a breakfast taco but all other food items I saw looked great too. Also was able to get a specialized Black tea which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated.

I must have been here on an off day. It took us over an hour to get our food. My eggs Benedict had runny whites. I had to send it back. We literally spent an hour and forty five minutes here trying to get food to eat.
My husband’s scrambled eggs were cooked on a dirty grill. They had black specks in them and were over cooked. His bacon was dry and hard as well as thin.
The staff were kind and the cinnamon roll was excellent. It’s a cute place. I’m feeling a bit sad as it did not seem busy enough to be such a long wait. There was only 1 table ahead of us.

Love the chicken salad sandwich & almost everything they serve . My review is giving 100% compliments to the waitress Melinda. I along with my Aunt go often to meet for lunch recently we were there and quite honestly had the best service experience we’ve ever had . Melinda greeted us as we walked in , took our order and was sincerely so friendly. I witnessed her opening the front door to tell a customer who had just left thank you for coming in , that spoke volumes. You don’t often find someone who loves their job, she will definitely keep customers coming back !! Misty Childs

We had been to Canton for the 1st Monday Trades Days and decided to go to Ben Wheeler to go to the Forge restaurant. The road took us by LaNei's Bakehouse. Being as we like to stop at local bakeries, we decided to stop by, and since we were already going to another place to eat, we only got desserts. It's definitely a place you will want to go to. It's just 12 miles on hwy 64 from Canton, so it's well worth the time to drive over and buy their baked goods. We'll have to try a meal the next time we're in the area.
