False advertising! I ordered a rueben today, and it had no meat, just bread and sauce. At least, that is what I thought. No, it had a small piece of meat, as seen in the picture. Food costs too much for this type of service. Unbelievable!

After a horrible experience at Braums in Benbrook, we came to Arby’s also in Benbrook and had a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing and turned our night around! Thank you Kyn, Andy and Skylar! We will be coming to see y’all from now on!

God forbid if you ask for sauce. The guy at the drive thru acts like you are annoying for asking for sauce. This has happened 2 times now. I ordered 4 sandwiches and he gave me 2 packs of sauce. I asked for more and the eye rolling began. I read most of the reviews and it seems like the owner needs to step in and take control. Unfriendly drive thru guy with big hickey on his neck.

If I could give this particular Arby’s a negative I surely would. You made my husband drive 30 minutes BACK to the place because you didn’t give him over 1/2 the order.
Due to him having to be at the hospital for an emergency he could not check but should not have to anyway. At the end of the deal you did not have the common decency to even apologize for the inconvenience for the fact that you can’t get things right here at this Arby's & closed the window in his face.
It’s the 3rd & FINAL time in a row y’all have missed items from my order drive thru, online & in person all out of pure laziness!!
I have walked in to get my order that was place to be picked up at a set time only to get there & wait for them to make the food because sitting around complaining about the company & how they feel about each other was more important than keeping customers happy to keep their jobs & not have another Arby’s closed!
I am absolutely disgusted at how it has become “OK” to treat people this way but expect to have customers not get pissed!
Bless all of your hearts & I will pray for all of you because your future needs help.

What a mess! The condiment station was empty as well. Took 24 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a small fry which they forgot about.
