I'm a French Dip sandwich aficionado, always seeking them out, all over the countet. and Arby's French Dip is GOOD. Better than Charleston's, and far tastier than Jason's. The lemonade was a bit thick and disgusting and I poured it down the sink, though. 😂

After working late I decided to stop to grab dinner, it is 9:52pm. Online says they close at 10pm. I go through the drive thru, the gentleman tells me sorry we are closed. I said oh man I thought you closed at 10, he said oh no we close at 955. We've already shut the till and window down. I totally understand being ready to get off work, but this was super disappointing. Even more disappointed that we don't have an Arby's near my house, so stopping here was a treat.

I've never been treated so poorly by staff before. The girl with face tattoos was extremely rude rolling her eyes and mugging my elderly father and myself. Sad to see Arby's go down hill like this. She acted like we're making her work there or something

False advertising! I ordered a rueben today, and it had no meat, just bread and sauce. At least, that is what I thought. No, it had a small piece of meat, as seen in the picture. Food costs too much for this type of service. Unbelievable!

Poor customer service the cashier has ear pods in her ear pods the guy did also then we asked the cook for help he was looking for someone to help and the lady came out the other guy came

After a horrible experience at Braums in Benbrook, we came to Arby’s also in Benbrook and had a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing and turned our night around! Thank you Kyn, Andy and Skylar! We will be coming to see y’all from now on!
