She gave me a sample of the best lavender tea I have ever tasted so I left with a bag of loose leaf and a cup of it on ice. So delicious and refreshing! I can’t wait to go back. The service I received from Karen was top notch. The tea is amazing and everything on the menu is gluten free and offers a healthier alternative rather than coffee. A mint tea and a gluten free oatmeal pie are my go to so far but I can’t wait to try more menu items. I’d also love to come back and try some meditation and yoga classes! This place is worth a try!

My friend and I went to get some peppermint tea from this local tea shop this morning! The service from Karen was absolutely amazing and the tea tastes so good!! They have the cutest honey dispenser and so many gluten free options (which I love because I am gluten free myself) :)) we will definitely be coming back to try the yoga and meditation classes!!

They let you smell the tea and decide for yourself. PLUS, the treats are GF…what a gem! If you’d like a cup of tea or a sweet place to visit with friends, I’d recommend coming here 💛

Benbrook Tea and Wellness is my new cozy, happy spot to hang out! Karen has put so much care into this spot to make it welcoming, inclusive, and comfortable place. There’s a wide varie-tea (see what I did there?) of beverages to choose from with detailed descriptions of the flavors and benefits of each carefully selected tea. There’s little trinkets and teapots available for purchase as a fun keepsake to take home. Karen also has a space for classes such as yoga, shelves with books and board games, and a comfy couch to sit down and relax. I’m thankful this beautiful shop exists in our community!

First walking in, this place smells GREAT! It has a great atmosphere. I’m not much of a tea drinker, more so a coffee drinker. (Which they have coffee!) I tried their sugar proof tea. (to help fight those sugar cravings, which honestly seemed to work so far lol.) I was really impressed by the information and knowledge they gave me on all the teas that they had and what would best fit what I needed. Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything in the store.
Not being a big tea drinker, their tea is actually really good. They have a lot of options and menus that help give you information you need on each item.
Looking forward to trying something new the next time I go back. They are very friendly and helpful. It gives a hometown local business feel, that seems to be hard to find now days. Oh yea, I will be coming back!

This beautiful tea shop is easily accessible off of 20/820 and Winscott. The place exudes positive energy and feels welcoming and inviting. It reminds me of the coffee shops in the early '90's with a modern, energetic twist. This is my new favorite place. Sorry, Starbucks.
