Very lovely establishment, the son works behind the counter the father cooks all the donuts and the mom decorates the shop. It is very welcoming and where I am from most donut shops are bland and want you out of there. Had a great convo with the son and he was very generous. I watched when other customers came in he treated them like family every-time. 10/10

Delicious, welcoming, and clean. This is by far the best donut shop I've ever been to. I've been going since moving here 3 years ago. My family refuses to get donuts anywhere else. Friendly staff, many choices, and beautiful decor. One of benbrook's finest.

Most of my donuts have mold growth on the backside, just purchased them at 8:30AM today. Called store 4 times to attempt refund, as I had these out for physicians to snack on… ridiculous! I would say these donuts are NOT FRESH. When I order donuts I would expect them to be made that day.. not stored for days. I expect return phone call and refund.

We’ve been here before and the owners are always very pleasant but this morning, there was a young guy with long hair, as well, and he waited on us. From the start, he asked me how I was doing and then he asked husband and he responded and my husband asked how he was doing and he responded with, “I already said I was good!” Then I asked him to please fill the last 4 donut’s with extra lemon and his smart mouth stated, “if I can.” When we got home, there was very little lemon in the donuts! I would have paid for extra and it’s never been a problem the past! We will just go back to Eagle Donuts which is right by our house because we’ve never had any issues there!!!
I really like this donut shop! Very clean and very friendly staff. Last time I was there they just decorated for Halloween. The place is very nice. The food is fresh and I can’t say enough good things about the donuts. The donuts are great! Great value for great donuts. 🍩
