I came through and got lunch for my wife and kid. Once we got home we notice we were missing a sandwich. I called to see if the missing sandwich could be refunded. I was told to come back through and they would make it correct and worth my while. I cam back through and the person at the window was pressing me about the receipt and they needed to see the receipt. Kind of rude especially when it wasn't my fault the sandwich was left out of the bag. Folks, just make sure you have all your stuff before leaving this store.

Every time I go to this location my food never tastes fresh. My fries are always hard and warm. Never hot! I’m extremely disappointed, whenever I seem to say something to a worker I get attitude. We don’t live far from this location, we usually go for the kids grilled nuggets. I think that I’ll be an experience and it’s always the same.

They can't get the order right despite repeating it back to you, or they can't read the English on the ticket and they give considerably less food than the chickfila on Bryant Irving, I will not be buying from here anymore.

This slightly mediocre review has to do not with this location or the staff (they have always been wonderful) but with the recent order of fries I received from this location. I’m not sure if the last time I went it was just because of a bad batch or if it was actually due to the new change in the fries. However I’m guessing it was the latter and I unfortunately won’t be back for any chick fil a meal until the original fries are back.

Absolute worst experience ever at Chick-fil-A. Mobile ordered food sat in car for 20 minutes and didn't get anything. Cars came and went after me and curbside person not once stopped to ask me for the order. Walk in and my order was sitting at the front for 20 minutes. Asked to remake the order, and they supposedly did but food was stale when I got home. Will not be back at this location again. However curbside person was apologetic about it, but manager on duty didn't say anything just had a staring problem towards me.

Ordered a Biscuit meal. Went smoothly and I paid and got my food. Then when I turned out of the parking lot, a Chick-fil-A employee was running trying to wave me down. He ran 300ft trying to give me the biscuit they forgot to put in my bag. Food was great and hot to the touch. 6 stars out of 5
