I had a problem in the drive-through with some chicken nuggets they were cold. I called the store in. Simon asked if I was close to the store and I said I’m on my way back he said don’t worry. I’ve got you covered. He came out with a free next time, visit card and piping hot 12 count when I only ordered the smaller proportion.
