The fried chicken had a crispy exterior, but the meat inside was a bit dry and lacked seasoning. The fries were average, and the gravy was a nice touch, but not enough to elevate the meal. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean, but it had the typical fast food feel. It's a good choice if you're looking for a quick fried chicken meal, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

I ordered a number 5 combo meal & what I got was the tiniest little gizzards I've ever seen in my life! I guess they thought throwing in a little wing would make up for it. Whatever crew they have working tonight are just plain lazy!

I went through the drive through 20 minutes before closing. They had already dumped their tea for the night. I ordered 4 tenders dinner with sweet tea. I was told they had no sweet tea. So I asked for a gallon of sweetened tea and a cup of ice and they said ok. I asked if they would charge me for a large sweet tea instead of the price of a gallon since they dumped their sweet tea. They argued with me for too long. Then they offered to pour the sweet tea out of the jug into a large cup of ice. Hello, that is a large sweet tea. They should have done that to begin with and we would not have had an argument. I received 4 tiny skinny hard pieces of chicken tenders. Not whole tenders. Not one. The service was horrible and the food was tiny. Not worth the money. Canes is just down the street. They have huge tenders and lots of food for the money. Chicken-E needs to step up their game. Because of several bad experiences and bad food I no longer go to any Chicken E. It used to be my favorite fast food. Their quality has gone down to an unacceptable level.

Whoever is taking orders right now (Sun 11/9 @ 2:35pm) at the drive through needs to not be dealing with customers. It's way too busy for him to handle it. He is yelling through the drive through speaker. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this experience. I come here at least once a week and have never been treated more rudely. Fire him

The tenders and the okra were so salty it was NOT edible. I tried to send a complaint to the store and as you can see there was a convenient ânetwork errorâ that wouldnât allow me to submit it. All the people that I saw that works there are young and have no clue what they are doing. None of them wear gloves. Last time I will go to this location! We have given them multiple chances and the food gets worse every time
We waited an extremely long time in the drive-thru for 2 orders of chicken tenders, and they still got the side wrong. After leaving, I found mozzarella sticks instead of mini-poppers, and only 2, at that. My friend remarked maybe they had to catch the chicken. I said they were waiting for the egg to hatch! I don't plan on returning here; you can eat real food at a cafe, for the price.
