I have had multiple issues with my orders at this place, including receiving undercooked chicken. The staff seems unable to follow basic instructions or count to seven. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad Google review, but this restaurant is consistently terrible. I’m surprised they even have a 3.9-star rating—it feels like a scene from the movie Idiocracy.

This Chicken Express is hit or miss. I normally get fairly decent service, but it seems like the food is left in the warmer a little too long sometimes. This store is also a little more expensive than the restaurants near me up north ($0.50 to $1.00 more per meal).

The manager of this store. It has long hair and yeah, he rubs his fingers through his hair. It then touches the food as he tries to prepare for people. He does not wear no gloves, but he rents his fingers through his hair all day. And then touches the food. Everybody else was a cab that he swings his hair around and lets it just fall out all over the place. So if you have food And you have hair in your food, it's because for him

Had to wait for chicken but when you look at lunch prices around. 10.81 for a 3 piece dinner is really good. Good taste and always good service

I live in White Settlement but drive to this location because of how nice it is. The service is top notch too.

We normally eat at Lisa's Chicken, but they were closed, so we tried this place out. The food tasted like old, nasty grease. The prices were double what I expected. They refused to cook gizzards.

I just left and I just have to share, who ever was working the drive through tonight was simply incredible. I haven’t opened my food or anything yet and it doesn’t matter, because service will always out preform food. What a breath of fresh air to have such a friendly, clearly joy filled person at the window. It’s a rare. Young adult with kind of shaggy hair, give him a raise. This kind of joy and kindness is only found outside of this world, as I was driving away all I could think was this kid must have the Holy Spirit living in him because it shows.
Anyways, if more fast food chains would hire joyful people, I could guarantee more business. We never eat here anymore, this was a random one off, but we will be coming back if the service stays like this :)
I literally pulled up to order some food and they said all we have is drinks granted it was 12 minutes till they close but why do you stay open till a certain time if you can't serve anybody? I run a business if I rent it that way I would be out of business totally unacceptable and unprofessional the way they spoke to me I grew up in this community been here since 1991....never will give that location my money again.

Great and amazing chicken strips.The chicken strips are bigger than Raising Canes.My opinion I'd rather spend money on getting chicken strips from Chicken Express, and not Raising Cane's.

This is the slowest place I’ve ever been to. Been sitting in line for over 30 minutes. It would be faster (and probably better) to drive 10 min down the road to the one off Hulen.
I think I could go to the store, buy the ingredients, and make the chicken from scratch faster than this.
Watched them compete my order and set it on the counter next to the register for an additional 5 minutes

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Had lunch here and it was legitimately bad. Trying to find a single good thing to say, other than my order came out quickly.
The main issues: -Restaurant was dirty from the interior (especially the tables, floors, and trash cans) to the exterior -Employees were not friendly, bordering on hostile -Employees were hardly working, just wrapped up in chit chat when clearly there are a million things to do -Did not receive any napkins or see any napkin dispensers on tables or elsewhere -Gravy was congealed and looked nasty -Several of the tenders were shriveled and barely more than a single bite worth of food -Management is non existent, and not deserving of your support or hard earned money
Went in with high expectations and left grossed out, disappointed, and hungry! Definitely will not be returning to this location ever again but also now I’m hesitant to go to any other Chicken E location in the future based on this bad experience.
