The fried chicken had a crispy exterior, but the meat inside was a bit dry and lacked seasoning. The fries were average, and the gravy was a nice touch, but not enough to elevate the meal. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean, but it had the typical fast food feel. It's a good choice if you're looking for a quick fried chicken meal, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.
This Chicken Express is hit or miss. I normally get fairly decent service, but it seems like the food is left in the warmer a little too long sometimes. This store is also a little more expensive than the restaurants near me up north ($0.50 to $1.00 more per meal).
I just left and I just have to share, who ever was working the drive through tonight was simply incredible. I haven’t opened my food or anything yet and it doesn’t matter, because service will always out preform food.
