I took a bite of my chicken burrito and found a 2in BONE! I tried to call but I was sent straight to an incompetent Bot. I wish there was a way to speak to an employee.

Edit: Chipotle reached out and made all right! The service and immediate response time was awesome. Glad I was able to contact a real person.

Next time I’ll just need to remember to ask for boneless!

Food is good, we usually use the drive thru pick up method which is very convenient. However last time we visited we opted to go inside, and the one of the ladies in the serving line was rushing us and quickly moving through the options. My daughter wasn't able to get the amount of toppings she wanted, and I couldn't advocate for her because I was paying for my food. Not good customer service as we were the only two in the line.

My first time eating at Chipotle Mexican Grill at8522 Benbrook Blvd, Benbrook, TX 76126. We had barbacoa tacos and they were fantastic, went on a Thursday evening and it was packed, my only complaint was the tables that were empty needed cleaning and the floors were a mess, did not see anyone cleaning and the front area really needed it. But like I said the place was packed we had to park next door because of no parking spaces available so with that said we will go back again...
