The person taking the order seemed nice I just feel like the customer service wasn't good enough not to mention that my fries were ice cold and hard as rocks. It just made me upset cause something told me to just go to McDonald's but I actually wanted Jack n the box. But now I'm just disappointed and I feel as though it was a waist of my money.

I love this place after hour crew..but just left at 945 ..I ordered the new bone in wings..garlic Parmesan..get home ..got spicy chicken strips!!;!; piss me off .pay attention people..and get some work ethic from somewhere.people pay for this food is expensive and y'all up in there standing around..no teamwork at times!!

I've come to this location at least 10 times around 3 or 4 am (when I get off work) and they say they are closed due to their system rebooting. It's so frustrating. Why are yall open 24 hours then??

Stoner food. I don't love anything on their menu, but the egg rolls are usually on point.
This was the best jack in the box we ever been to .. I didnt catch the gentlemens name that took our order and attend us through drive thru but he was amazing and very fast had a beautiful personality just what every restraunt needs especially drive thru. The food was hot just like we like it ...

I use to work here for a year and at white settlement area....we are told to even sell the foods that have fell on the floor to the customers....and we really do that ALOT....from both the manager alex and his owner boyfriend steve have told us too....the owner steve owns 3 stores just for money the store need to be takin over by cooperate. A major reason why i quit the filthy job ....from the oils never being change to the bathrooms being..like a jail cell, old expired date foods....as a former employee, ALL OF JACK IN THE BOX IS CANCER, UNHEALTHY AND ? PROCESSED. you people love it....lol so sad...."the rich get richer"

Do not order through Doordash from this location. The first driver will call you and be professional. When you go back into the app after the delivery time has past, the order will have been "redirected " to another driver. That driver will then call you sayng your order is not here, "that girl may have stolen your food". Of course when you call the store, they NEVER answer the phone, So no manager to report the theft to.Orders have been consistently wrong. Don't bother with this one unless you want to be robbed.
