Bathroom was horrible no toilet paper in bathrooms and it's 8am so that means they have not even came clean this bathroom today amd their is smashed cigarettes in the sink and on the floor this place is nasty

Absolutely the nicest, I’ve lived near by for two years now and they are always the absolute sweetest and fastest. I come later at night as I work in food service myself, the taller bald gentleman is always the absolute sweetest and always makes my day. Genuinely think he’s amazing :3

I come here regularly and I gotta say, even though y’all have messed up my orders a few times I’ve never felt the need to make a comment before tonight. I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with one of your employees/Manager. I was made to wait seemingly an unnecessary amount of time while he was on his phone. Only for it to turn out the he got my order wrong. As someone who has worked in fast food this is why it’s important to repeat the order back to the customer, especially if you’re having trouble hearing the customer not blame the customer when you make a mistake and become upset with them when they are upset. I just wanted to get some dinner after my late night shift and relax instead I am now extremely upset for no reason. Thanks Jack in the box.

Came in for a quick bite and a shake. This place needs a deep clean from the outside to the inside. The lady that took my order was courteous asked me how was I doing and how she can help me. Told her what I wanted. She said that the machine was been cleaned so I couldn't get a shake at the moment which was okay. Seems to me that in the afternoons everyone's shake machine are down for some reason. After I ordered, I sat down to wait for my food and the table was dirty and sticky so was the floor. It was empty not reason for it to be so sticky .. Not only were the employees yelling at each other but a lady was telling a ypung man he needed to go throw the trash out, clean this clean that.. do this and that speaking half English and Spanish. As a customer I did not want to hear anyone arguing about what needs to be done at the establishment . I received my order and hurry up and left I did not want to hear any of what was going on. Other than the employees arguing and the place being sticky. My food was hot and fresh... That is the reason I gave it the ⭐ i did.
Someone needs to give this night shift crew a raise. Blanca C and a guy whose name I didn’t get kept the line moving, had great attitudes at 2:40 in the morning, and nailed my order, correct and fresh. They better get more than a quarter raise when it’s time. Jack in the box advertises late night fast food and these two delivered.

Just ordered a strawberry shake at the drive thru. It is just before 8:30pm on 4/26/25. We were waiting at the window and through the window we saw the woman employee OPEN THE SYRUP BOTTLE WITH HER MOUTH. We had not paid so left immediately. Disgusting.

We came in late tonight and Fernanda & Joshua were so nice and genuine regardless of it being late. They helped us with our order modifications and were patient and super kind the whole time. Coming from a fellow service industry employee, it was super refreshing to see such accommodating and happy faces despite it being late. Thank you guys!
