My first experience didn't fair very well. I ordered a vegetable plate from their side items. The meal didn't all come out at the same time and I had to remind them of what I had ordered. The fried zucchini is great; but beware of the cremed spinach. Mine was inedible!

Great little family place. Fresh cooked food and fast. I had chicken fried steak and every inch of my plate had food on it. A Lot of food. The staff (family) treated us as if they had known us all our lives. Good people.

It’s like walking into an old cafe in a small town. They play great sold gold country music! I like that.
I ordered the fried cat fish. Came with hush pups and two sides. I got the cream spinach and fried okra. Honestly way too much fried stuff for me but it was all very good. Came out hot and fresh. Don’t be in a hurry cause they make it for you.
You order at the front and they bring it out to you. Self serve drinks...
