Never coming back to this McDonald’s again it’s been about two years that I’ll be coming to this McDonald’s and yet not one single order has been wrong until today. I always get my caramel macchiato with extra syrup and today wasn’t the day that it was right the coffee was bland and no extra caramel whatsoever in my coffee and I’m unhappy because they showed me with my two dollars and yet I paid for four dollars worth of coffee and no caramel whatsoever. McDonald’s you better take care of this problem because I’m unsatisfied with my coffee. It has no caramel and it’s watered down and it’s not sweet and also the Mexican lady was very rude and if she was the manager, she wasn’t really fit to be the manager

I placed a mobile order and was asked to pull up to the first reserved stall. I waited for around five minutes and had to continually reposition my vehicle as the placement of the reserved stall was ill planned and does not compensate for the narrow, one way drive thru lane nor the individuals behind you that receive their orders before you. Upon receipt of my order, I discover that they did not follow my preparation instructions, which was to not include mayo or onions. If I’m having to wait for my order, I’d expect it to be correct.

Came here at night, drinks came to me flat and no flavor.
Order taker rushed my order and anything elsed the life out of me. Even with me being kind and respectful they were very unhappy and rude
Food came out and fries were cold, tasted like they had been sitting out for over an hour.
Burgers were stale bread, cheese wasnt melted, and even though i ordered multiple sauces during my order i did not receive it and still had to ask at the window. Also received attitude for that.
After pulling out my food and feeling how cold and nasty everything was i just pulled back through for a refund which was also a difficult process.
Overall do not recommend this location unless you want to feel like a inconvenience for ordering a meal and enjoy horrible food quality.
Waste of time.
This location needs a redo on customer service, food quality and job abilities.

The only thing consistent about this location is the bad customer service! Today was the worst! The lady who took my payment rolled her eyes after I declined my receipt and asked her to please throw it away! When I pulled up to get my food the lady was too busy talking to other workers and just held my drink out window without saying a word then did same thing with my food. Not one word was spoken. She must have been to busy to out a napkin in the bag as well. Managers need to do better with their choices of employees.

Worst experience ever i went here around 10 pm after a long day from work to get a sandwhich, my friend and i got to the drive thru and we just sat there for 5 mins with no one acknowleging us or taking oder 6 other cars drove off the stuff were not doing there jobs and manger was on the phone in the building we saw through the widow dark male, we tried to tell him about what happened but its like he didnt care still talking on the phone when i was manger there i never allowed anyone to ignore any drive thru oders and i was never on my phone this place needs to be fixed or it will fail and fall.
