Simple didn't ordered a 2b quarter pounder with bacon. Asked for no ketchup mustard or pickles. What i get? A quarter pounder with no bacon. And the drive-thru tried to give me three other people's orders and still couldn't get mine right. Do better McDonald's, do better.

Went through the drive thru to grab food before we headed home from the lake. The lady at the window completely disregarded respect for other humans. I will avoid this McDonalds at all costs.

Service sux. Sat in drive thru forever. All i wanted was a coke. Just drove off. Drink prices went up again

we had a mobile order, it was 3 10 piece meals and one happy meal, they gave us a bag of mcchickens and 2 small waters, when we told the girl it wasn’t our order she caught an attitude with US for her giving us the wrong food. then she went and looked at our order, took the food back and gave us a bag of 3 10 pieces with no fries or drinks, even though we had the combo. we again had to wait and tell her it was wrong. long story short we were sitting there for 15 minutes (after placing the mobile order 20 minutes ahead) and we ended up short a happy meal and a drink because of how rude the worker is and we didn’t want to keep on telling her we were missing stuff because she KEPT getting it wrong.

This place is unwilling to offer any apologies for their actions when they mess up an order. They'll double down on giving you minimal replacements or upgrades for the mistakes they made and will treat you like a hostile customer for being upset at their own errors.
Definitely will be watching out for certain employees and will absolutely not visit the store if they're working that day.
Pretty sure the point of customer service is to ensure return visits from your customers. You want to make sure they leave happy and satisfied, particularly in the face of an egregious mistake (like giving a person with a medical condition food they cannot eat). Check your food and check your receipts if you eat here.

The McDonalds on Felix and Hemphill is fantastic. I have 30 minutes for lunch and they have such great employees morning shift and noon shift. I get back in time to eat. Love, Love this McDonalds.
