We love this place every time we come here. Every meal we have, we enjoy. You feel like family when you sit down. Great food, served hot, fresh, and big portions.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place deserves one. This was my families first time here. The staff were super friendly and the food was AMAZING. I humbly admit that I quit the food snob especially when it comes to Italian food. I got the tour of Italy and everything on the plate was amazing! I can’t say enough good things. I wish I could give six stars.

Ordered food via delivery and it was good, hot and fresh. Unfortunately it gave me and my children food poisoning.

Maddie was great! She was super sweet. My boyfriend & I had a great meal here. We got some pasta & chicken entrées and the soup appetizers. The cream of mushroom soup with the garlic bread is to die for.

2/21/25 I came in again tonight and Melanie was so sweet. Despite the busyness of the restaurant she was so sweet and caring- making sure I was okay when I complained my head hurt and getting our food was wrapped up to take it to go. She is so sweet and caring. Would come again just for her

Love this little gem of a restaurant in Benbrook! Great for any night of the week and can usually accommodate a bigger group. Service is fast and staff is very friendly.

Our first time at Paisano's. Nice atmosphere. Workers very friendly. We ordered the lasagna and I have to say it was the best we've had in years. Next order will be the pizza and,of course, more lasagna! Paisano's can count on us to be loyal customers! Highly recommend you give them a try!

Slice city on Oakmont has way better pizza and the staff is more friendlier!
Pass on this establishment at all cost!

First time dining there, it will not be the last.
My only complaint has nothing to do with anything at the restaurant except the food. Too good. Way to good!. Stuffed myself to the point of being uncomfortable. And I will probably do it again next time. I sure wasn't going to waste any. Still had a doggy bag to take home. Better the next day.

The food is always amazing but tonight our family witness an amazing act of kindness. A older gentleman came into the restaurant in distress and not in the best condition and the staff made sure he was ok and called help for him right away. In the world today most would have sent him on his way but the staff made sure he was safe and got the help he needed. I will forever be grateful that not only did my girls run to get a blanket from the car to offer him but they witness a whole restaurant staff have compassion and grace.

Have decided since we enjoy the food BUT every time we come (dine in) they refused to let me get a small portion (kids menu) (I CANT DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS) I will overall review as 1 star. Until they get it. SOME PEOPLE cannot eat a full size and don’t like to waste food (homeless people - poor people, etc). And tell me WHEN they stopped allowing soup OR salad? Waiter is kind and amazing BUT customer service sucks every single time as a whole. Guess we will order IN for now on with NO tip since no service. Shame on ownership for not serving and being considerate of needs of customers. SHAME on ownership for training how to NOT be flexible.
