Not sure what’s going on with just 2 workers opening and not having food ready. Hispanic woman walked to a man’s car looked like before clocking in. We waited over 30 min for our food due to being short staff, maybe if the lady wasn’t so busy seeing her sneaky link she could go help the young man and woman inside.

The health inspector had them stop cooking. There is some food safety issue; I overheard in Spanish, one of the employees was telling a customer. Walked right out.

Slowest panda in the dfw area . I saw a few people literally just walk away because of how slow they were.

All door were locked in the middle of a business day and had to have another customer open the door for me. Only two people working in the middle of lunch rush. Orange chicken was undercooked and rice was burnt. I felt bad because the two workers were trying hard to keep up but it was just a bad experience overall.

Ordered chow mein. Got 2 boxes FULL of just cabbage. Had to come back to the store after I had already driven all the way home. The store manager did correct it, and for that I appreciate it. However, that product should’ve never left the store.

I ordered food through the drive thru and the lady on the intercom was rude when ordering. When I went to the window to pay I tried to pay with cash. She stated since I don't have exact change they couldn't take my payment.

Probably no point of leaving this review seeing the owner or manager doesn’t respond or seem to resolve any of the issues but got there at 9:20 was told the kitchen was closed even tho they don’t close the store till 10:30.
So I couldn’t get teriyaki chicken what ever terrible but frustrating but then when I get home my meal is all messed up I ordered
Plate. Chow mein with teriyaki chicken/ orange chicken

Plate chow mein/ fried rice orange chicken and broccoli beef

I got instead
Plate chow mein/ half rice with chicken teriyaki and broccoli beef

Plate chow mein/ half rice with orange chicken and broccoli beef

Of course tried calling and no answer go figure what a waste of time and money won’t go here again.

I went through the drive thru about 11:30 this morning and ordered a bowl with chowmein and teriyaki chicken. When I got home with the food I was thinking it was left over from last night. (The texture and freshness wasn’t there). I called to ask the manager but the phone just rang. So check your food if you order it before noon.

3.2 Stars average explains all. I went for a while, changed locations and came back to try and it was doing better. Now I have to change locations again cause it's back to the same stuff. Employees, atmosphere and food which is employees at fault making it wrong. There is a young lady at the drive through I believe is Daniella and she is wishy washy. Sometimes ok and sometimes not. The way she was in the drive through ordering was not good and It sure took a long time to get my card back and I hope it was a legitimate reason. In the same area and it was between here and only 2 other places that skimmed my card and made a copy of it and tried to scan my card at another place and not online it was a swipe not a digital purchase. And when this came up I looked and had my card which means somebody skimmed it and made a copy of it and tried to use it inside a location. And the orders being wrong are on the employee because I ordered properly and the order was not filled properly. So needless to say I will not be back to this location for sometime. Hopefully things will improve again at this location.

So there’s this cashier in drive thru that when she hears that I speak Spanish to my bf she’ll try to embarrass us. She try to say she can’t hear me so she’ll try to my bf speak when she can hear me perfectly. She has made me scream “teriyaki sauce” when I’m like 2 feet away from her claiming she can’t hear me and will look at my bf as if he’ll speak to her. The receipt says her name is Danielle A. By the way this isn’t the first time this has happened. This is like the third time. I can speak perfectly English and she can perfectly hear me but she try to embarrass my bf for not speaking English. I think it’s very unprofessional and racist when she herself looks Hispanic. I hope she can fix her problem bc the food is good and other team members have been great too. It’s just always her.
