Anthony ,the so called manager on duty was a complete jerk. My order was placed ahead for pick up at 530 ..it wasn't ready until 555.. the young lady at the register was completely overwhelmed by the amount of orders that were behind and he simply told her to tell everyone their order would be available as soon as possible. I then asked for corporate information, he yelled you can find it on google...

Placed an order online for delivery, order A bottle dr pepper and triple pizza box. They delivered through door dash, i asked about the Dr Pepper and she said she asked the front if this was it and the cashier assured her that was all. She told me to call the store and they would have someone redeliver. I called and molly answered, i asked if she could possibly switch it out to a 2 liter. She then told me i would have to pay for redelivery, which i don't understand why if the missing delivery item wasn't my mistake. I would gladly pay for the difference in price for a 2 liter, or even take the bottle if delivery was free but to charge a redelivery is crazy. She was very snappy and rude and even hung up on me. I had my sister pick up my Dr Pepper and she stated it took 5 mins for someone to help. Overall the customer service wasn’t what it should be. Marcos pizza has redelivered anything they have ever missed without charging another delivery fee.

Just ordered delivery and my ordered was handed off to Door Dash. The driver arrived to pick up the order only to find this location closed. Why would the app let an order go through if it was closed. Now I can’t get a manager on the line to fix things. Very disappointed!

Terrible service. We ordered 3 pizzas from this location, and they crushed 2 pizzas. They were stuck to the top of the box and rolled up like it was dropped. On one we order no sauce with Buffalo sauce as the replacement. They just didn't put sauce. I tried called in and got through once to be put on hold I couldn't even understand the person than answered. I tried a few more times and I guess they just don't answer their phones I waited over an hour on hold. Avoid this location at all cost they don't care about their quality of service let alone helping their customers.

I want to thank Zoe for giving me outstanding customer service. I called multiple times and the guys that work there told me that I needed to call the campbowie Pizza Hut when I know I didn’t. I called back they hung up on me. Zoe answered and took my order professionally and I can’t thank her enough . She deserves a raise. Those other guys (men) need more training or need to learn more customer service skills. All those stars are for Zoe. Ps I hope I spelled ur name right. Thanks again.

On Tuesday, August 13, at 6:20 pm I stood in line behind an elderly lady ordering 2 personal pan pizzas. The poster in the window said 2 for 1 Tuesday, buy one pizza get one free. The woman was told this offer did not include personal pan pizza, even though the older lady pointed out that the poster did not state a size. The cashier asked the manager for help. The young woman manager started being rude soon as she opened her mouth. I came to the elderly woman’s defense. Then a male staff member started making disrespectful comments. The manager, who refused to give her name, made comments about the elderly woman and me needing to learn how to look online. I paid for the older woman’s pizzas, because Benbrook Pizza Hut did not honor their buy 1 get 1 free offer. Pizza Hut, the staff working tonight, and especially the young rude female manager should be ashamed. As I told the condescending young man, you too will be there one day. I can only hope that you too are treated with the same disrespect.

My Family and I just left Houston because of the hurricane. We are absolutely exhausted! I called the Pizza Hut here in BenBrook and the lady that answered the phone said she’d be right back with me and 9 minutes later she gets back on the phone and I tell her with NO vulgar language that it isn’t ok to leave a customer on hold for that long she could’ve at least shown some phone etiquette and checked on me! She instead hung up on me! I called back and asked her why because I had said nothing rude,vulgar or anything that would warrant that. And she would not give me a reason None! I asked her name and she refused to give it to me and hung up Again! I called back and asked for the manager she said she was the manager and after asking her repeatedly what her name was she finally said her name is Jennifer. I have NEVER been treated So Cruelly by anyone for no reason. This person that represents you obviously has NO reason to be a manager period! You can’t hang up on someone because it bothered them being on hold for so long especially when No rudeness was shown by them! We didn’t order for obvious reasons we didn’t want our food messed with because of her incompetence. I intend to forward this to not only Pizza Hut corporate but to the district manager and the General Manager. I would NEVER use this location with someone like her in it! She should be retrained at Minimum! So after the hurricane this is where we are folks! Instead of resting and eating im doing this! That Should Show you how HORRIBLE the way I was treated! Not only did you lose me as a customer but as well as my family’s business as well! And since it’s Not important to you as a company I’ll share this with social media as well I can’t stop you But hurting you financially hopefully gets this lady the attention she desperately Needs!

Update : I was contacted by the NEW G.M. (JAMES) and was given a store credit. I sure hope this man turns this place around. Pizzahut deserves it. I mean cmon it's friggin PIZZAHUT. I can't update the the food rating yet but have updated the service and atmosphere rating. Thanks James.

I can't continue ordering from this PizzaHut in particular. The last 3 times I've ordered wings and or Pizza here, the chicken is noticably undercooked and mushy. I ALWAYS order the 18 pc buffalo burning hot traditional wings and they're always less cooked than the last time. Undercooked chicken can KILL YOU. I've ordered pizza here before and it was never shown to me upon pickup only to later realize it wasn't what we ordered at all. I've been inside to pay for an order before and have been ignored at the counter for 10 minutes because the music was so loud no one knew i was at the counter as they just continued washing dishes and taking calls over the loudest sterio volume. Ive made several complaints to the store , as well as my spouse and have been told I have a credit there. I've been inside 2 times to claim this "credit" I have with them and no one knows what I'm talking about. No store credit or gift card was ever given. I've also made complaints to corporate and the seperate company PizzaHut contracts to take their reviews. I have never heard one thing back from them. I recommend you don't dine here or at least stay away from the chicken. Be sure to check your pizza because they do not show it to you as every other pizza hut does. I'd still take my gift card, but for another location I can trust. And yes... I have the app. I'm suppose to have a 50 dollar credit with the Benbrook Texas, location according to the manager. I've sent pictures of my receipts in the past and told they'd make it right. They have all my information and I'm being asked to give it to yet another site. In an email. I've done all that, jumped through every hoop. And nothing. I really like PizzaHut and want to continue liking them...I'd love to try the new Chicago stuff as well, but if they don't seriously hook me up for all of this I'm done.

Someone please send them help!! Said my pizza was ready so I show up and my wings hadn't even been made. Only 1 person working. The other two workers showed up 20 min. At 4:19 pm. My pizza was wrong and it was burnt. Poor guy was doing his best. Least one employee can show up on time. Waited another 20 min for my wings when told it would be 5 min. I don't even want to eat this burnt crusty pizza. So disappointed, been coming here for years and years and I think that was the last straw.

My order was an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:15 pm. When I arrived at 6:18 pm I noticed that on the display my order showed ready. After I was helped at the counter, I saw my pizza was in the warmer, but my wings weren't. As I explained that this has happened twice before. Always with wings. I was was given a weak apology and then told that this happens in Fast Food. What?? I told her I have had to wait for wings before, she told because the wings have to cook 7 minutes. I reiterate order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. At 6:27 I finally get my order. This gets better, I realized later I should not have complained about the timing of my order until I had my food. By the time I drove to Granbury with my order I realize that the wings have the wrong sauce on them. Coincidence? My thought is, No. I stop by this location fairly often until today. Things have gone downhill for some reason. As much as I like Pizza Hut pizza and wings, I will not be back to this location. I started using this location because Granbury location couldn't get an order right. That comes to an end today.
