Always getting orders wrong. If you ask for one extra sauce you have to pay because it doesn’t matter if you order 10 different things. Management needs to be changed because it’s ridiculous. I ordered a mobile order and had my husband get it. Manager had him confirm the order like he was stealing food or someone else’s order. Please do better.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. None of it was fresh all old food and cold a waste of my freaking money!!! Fries cold and nasty biscuits hard as a rock and burnt and chicken was old and cold. Disgusting. I’ve never been so disappointed in Popeyes

First time coming and will definitely be the last! 50.00 down the drain. The chicken tenders were cold and tough, the mashed potatoes were ice cold! Didn’t eat any of it. Such a waste

Asked for mashed potatoes & gravy to be told they were out. Got to the window to be told the opposite & that they disnt have rhe dipping sauce they said they had. Food was cold & stale.

I pay over 60 dollars for half of the food i order and only got two of the meals i ordered and the did not give me over 40 dollars of the food that i ordered

I ordered the 12 piece family meal for takeout plus a side of Mac n cheese. When I got home (I live 20 minutes away) I was missing my biscuits and Mac n cheese. Not worth a 40 minute round trip to get my.missing items. Really disappointed!

Very disappointing experience. The order taker was sweeping when we came in, proceeded to take our order, wipe his nose on his shirt, grab his junk to adjust, then without washing hands gave us our cups and proceeded to make food. Disgusting. The manager didn’t speak English so couldn’t voice my concerns. This place needs to be shut down

idk what the problem is here like if they do it on purpose or just genuinely don’t care at all but they have messed up my order every single time. there needs to be a change in staff or something because there is no reason for this to happen every single time and clearly i’m not the only person this happens to either.
