I have eaten here three times in the last couple of years and will not return. The service has always been poor and slow. Orders are always missing something or wrong. I am amazed this location has stayed open.

Boy, am i glad i turned into this place! Wow! Real chicken sandwich, kosher pickles, even a fantastic bun. I am impressed. It was delucious.

Two separate times I went through the drive thru line on a tuesday. The Tuesday special is two pieces of chicken for $2 and something so I go to order and I said I need the Tuesday special. The guy ordering the food says what side would you like that's the Tuesday special doesn't say the sign on the building doesn't say any sides of for that price. So I wanted two Tuesday specials when I tell him I didn't want sides I just wanted four pieces of chicken the two Tuesday specials he says you just wanted four pieces of chicken? And I said yes the Tuesday specials no sides the total was $12 for four pieces of chicken don't get it but I'm not going to argue the people working in the register inside of the drive-thru line don't seem to know what the special posted on the side of the building on a poster say or anything about a Tuesday special. I think $12 for four pieces of chicken is a bit much take your sign on the building down that says Tuesday special.

Ask the cashier if the chicken tenders came spicy, she said yes I made my order +2 jalapeños. It was all to go when I got to where I was going to eat. The tenders were not spicy. I didn't get my jalapeños. I really don't think she understands English. If you know what's good you will not shop there.

This is my first time writing a review of this location, despite frequent visits for chicken. However, on February 3, 2025, at 5:37 PM, I had to bring my attention to a particularly frustrating experience.

We had ordered 8 pieces of chicken and additional items, requesting spicy. The drive-through attendant informed us that the wait would be 20 minutes, so we decided against waiting. Upon reaching the window to pay, she suggested we pull around the front while she prepared our order. We waited for approximately 3-5 minutes before checking our order to ensure accuracy.

To our dismay, two of our orders were missing. My friend ventured inside to inform the staff about the missing items. He further questioned why they hadn’t included spicy chicken, as there were numerous spicy chicken pieces on a tray. The lady responded with a rude, “I’m BUSY GET OUT IN THE STORE!”

This incident was particularly disappointing, as it was not the first time we’ve encountered issues with this location. On another occasion, around 9 PM, we were informed that they were completely out of chicken. Additionally, on several other visits, our orders were missing.

Considering that we reside in Granbury and frequently visit Fort Worth for Popeyes, we’ve never had a positive experience at this particular location.

I like the spicy tenders, especially the fish sandwich is my favorite, I recommend the place, the staff is very friendly.

Everything is very fresh, the staff is very friendly, everything is delicious, whenever I think about going out to eat I choose this place to eat some pieces of freshly cooked and crispy chicken.

We were the only people dining in on a Sunday at noon, and now I know why. I don't have the highest expectations when it comes to fast food, but this was bad. The chicken tenders were tiny and most had almost no chicken and were cold. The mac and cheese flavor was good, but was more than 50% straight gummy cheese. I love cheese, and it was WAY too much. The service was extremely slow. We waited awhile to order despite being the only people in the restaurant, and waited for a ling time for our food. I wouldn't come here again.
