Today I stopped by Pulidos Tortilla Factory for a bag of chips and I was greeted by a very kind person who took great care of me and when I was going to leave he introduced himself to me and I realized that he was talking to the owner. Now I realize why everyone is kind. When they serve you not only in the Pulidos restaurants, also in the Pulidos tortilla factory and Mr. Pulidos it was a pleasure to have had a conversation with you and you were right, the chips are very good I think that large companies should learn from your company Thank you Mr.

At first glance pulido's is a small restaurant in the back part of the main highway. The condition of the restaurant is a little off tilt, but the food is good and staff are friendly. I loved the salsa !!! Most definitely the staple item. The main course felt like a loving home cooked meal. Nice and simple which was just what I wanted. The patio area was very relaxing on a 75 degree day.

I like Pulidos. I think it’s pretty good. But this location is a corp office and tortilla factory. NOT a restaurant.

This is a good restaurant to eat at and bring the family too. The wait staff is always nice and the atmosphere is always pleasant to be at. Nice location in Benbrook to go to that makes it convienent for alot of people. The food tasted good for most part just a little bland on some items but overall I will recommend this restaurant and u believe I will come back to eat here another time myself.

Pulidos has been our local family Tex Mex restaurant for literally years. No it is not new or fancy but you will not find nicer staff anywhere else. They are friendly and offer very good service. Chips are crispy and salsa red and green is very good. The flour tortillas made there are very good. We love their chicken enchiladas, cheese and onion enchiladas, bean, meat, cheese and guacamole nachos plus their pralines are awesome. Their fajitas are sizzling hot and always very good. We eat at the Benbrook location mostly but also occasionally at the original location on Pulido Street. The patio at the Benbrook location is on Mary's Creek and backs up to park. So, you can expect pesky mosquitoes and an occasional raccoon or two. Their marg swirl and cold beer is also very nice. Our family loves Pulidos.

Ok. I'm all about supporting my community and I do love me some Pulidos but, can ya update your restaurant just a bit? I prefer to sit outside if I can because the interior kinda grosses me out. The queso is a weird color of yellow but for some reason... I love it. I would recommend the Fajita Taco Salad because it has never disappointed me. The meat has always been cooked to perfection. And, the salsa is my favorite topping. For no other reason, just go for the salsa and chips because it's DA BOMB. The Poblano Steak has also never disappointed me. Great service... always. Good margs, too. Don't leave without getting a praline because they ROCK my world. If you're looking for great service in a kinda run-down joint, with weird-colored queso, don't skip this place!

My family started eating here, since the day they opened. My mom loved eating here, but Monday, she admitted it was horrible and she would never return! The corn tortillas were old and crispy and not warm and soft. When our meals arrived, it was hard to cut the tortilla shell on our chalupas. The rice was crispy like French fries. Maybe they too, were left over from Saturday. When I was paying the young woman at the register, our friend told her we were senior citizens. The girl at the register said they don't do senior discounts, then rolled her eyes. Before our meal arrived, I commented how empty the place was. I asked the male manager (?) why it was so empty as far as patrons. He had no answer. Now I ask myself how they stay open, since we ate there.

NEVER EVER go here!!! This place needs to be shut down!!! We were sitting outside on their DISGUSTING patio chairs that looked like they haven't been hosed down since 1993. The table was CAKED in grime. There was SWARMS of mosquitoes so we went inside and because of their aluminum foil windows peeling off and the lights they use are the bright outdoor lights you use on your garage... bugs were just swarming around the lights INSIDE the restaurant. A mosquito landed in my snot flavored queso TWICE. If you think that is bad the food was also revolting. How bad can you mess up queso???
